Stage 1: Virtual Job Tryout and On-Demand Interview

At this stage candidates will address challenges, showcase their problem-solving skills, share their unique story, and disclose their work approach. This is a dynamic way to gauge how the candidate will fit into a position in the Shell Graduate Program 2027. After completing the Shell Virtual Job Tryout, candidates will then proceed on to the On-Demand Interview. During the On-Demand Interview, applicants will be given enough time to practice for each question before being asked to record their responses. Candidates will be given the option to save their progress, though applicants will have to complete the interview within one week from receiving the invitation.

Shell Virtual Job Tryout and On-Demand Interview will take approximately forty minutes.

Stage Two: Final Assessment (Shell Virtual Case Study Session & Virtual Interview)

Candidates applying for Shell Graduate Program 2027 will complete a virtual case study session and virtual interview with two Shell employees to allow the Shell employees to know them better. Applicants will need to read and prepare for the Shell Virtual Case Study Session & Virtual Interview.

Stage 3: Employment Offer

Candidates successful in their application for Shell Graduate Program 2027, should kindly note that their intake date could fall within one of these months: February, May, August or November, this however depends on the availability of positions and varies by country. Some countries offer positions in all four months, while others offer opportunities only in certain months. The specifics depends on the location.
