Npower: How To Get Your Password To Log Into Your Npower Account

If you have been trying to login into the Npower NASIMS portal and it keeps saying invalid password, probably because you have forgotten your password, and after using the "forget password" you waited and waited for the password, all to no avail, you expected the password reset mail but you received none in your mail box, here is what to do.

If you are using the same phone and the same Chrome browser you used to register for Npower in 2020, simply go to Google Chrome and type passwords.google.com and scroll down, you will see the Npower registration website you have visited in the past, just follow the instructions to unlock your password.

Npower: Other Documents Not Uploaded During Npower Registration Should Be Brought To Npower Physical Verification Centre

Some Npower Batch C Volunteers have been confused on how to upload other documents onto the Npower NASIMS portal, probably because they uploaded a document during registration and now want to upload a higher document or qualification, probably because when they were registering for the Npower Batch C programme the document in question was not available.

If you are faced with this issue there is no cause for worry or panic, number one you will never be disqualified for failing to submit a particular document provided you have been selected.

During the Npower physical verification exercise just take your document and present it to the Npower verification officers for sighting and you will be cleared, the most important is for an Npower Batch C Volunteer to be shortlisted.

Npower: Please Your December Stipend Will Be Paid As Backlog

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you were paid previously but your December stipend has not been paid due to one reason or the other please exercise patience you will be paid, the payment process will be restarted by the next payment and you will get your payment in form of backlog payment.

Npower will never use your money for private gains, your money is entitled to you, and the payment process is automated, once payment is released it is under normal circumstance expected to get to its destination without issues, but sometimes due to technical glitches and server issues, payment might fail to get to its destination and it is rolled back, because the system is automated, repeating the payment process might be extremely difficult because some Npower Batch C Volunteers might be paid twice, therefore in order to avoid this error, the payment process will be reinitiated or restarted during the next payment, once the next payment starts, outstanding payment will be credited to Npower Batch C Volunteers, that is why during payment some Npower Batch C Volunteers do notice that they were paid for previous month.

Please if you have names mismatch or wrong account details you will never be paid until you correct this error, to correct the error simply send an email to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng or call 01888340, 092203102, 018888148 or 018888189 Mondays to Fridays between 9am to 2pm.
