Some exited Npower volunteers have been asking the question that "What of some of us that were shortlisted but didn't receive any message inviting us for the training, are we going to be shortlisted again?", please you will not be shortlisted again, as said earlier in our previous post, the Npower NEXIT training has a scheduled number of trainees for the Npower NEXIT training programme, please if you missed the previous Npower NEXIT training you will not be sent an invitation message, only Npower volunteers that were not shortlisted earlier for batch 1, will be sent the Npower NEXIT training message.

Please, as a note of warning, even if you did not receive the Npower NEXIT training invitation message, always go to your Npower NEXIT training venue to check for your name, reports had it, that some exited Npower volunteers did not receive the Npower NEXIT training invitation message, but their name was on the Npower NEXIT training list and they were not aware, this made lots of batch 1 volunteers to miss the previous Npower NEXIT training because they were expecting the Npower NEXIT training invitation message which did not arrive, please always endeavour to go to your Npower NEXIT training venue when the second batch commences 'even if you did not receive the Npower NEXIT training invitation message', to check for your name, in order not to miss out on the Npower NEXIT training soft loan programme.

Information has it that exited Npower volunteers will be given soft loans to start a business of their choice, soft loan will be repaid in 7 years time.

Npower have informed exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers waiting for the Npower nexit training that they will be contacted before the Npower NEXIT training soft loan program for the next batch commences, Npower made this statement in a reply to a concerned exited Npower beneficiary, see question from the Npower beneficiary and Npower's response below;

Npower have told all prospective Npower stream 2 volunteers that they should ignore news making rounds on the internet that physical verification have started, please the Npower Batch C stream 2 physical verification have not yet started, as we speak the biometrics has been paused for now, Npower Batch C stream 2 physical verification will start after biometrics must have resumed and all Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers have been shortlisted and successfully completed their biometrics, please see Npower's reply to a question raised by a prospective Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer;

Biometrics: All biometric and verification processes has been halted - Npower

Some prospective Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers have been encountering challenges with respect to the biometrics, infact a prospective Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer said; 

"For those that thier fingerprints failed to upload, what are they supposed to do?"

Npower have informed prospective Npower batch c stream 2 volunteers that the biometrics has been stopped until further notice from Npower, Npower batch c stream 2 applicants have been advised to always check their NASIMS profile for updates concerning biometrics, if you attempt to upload the biometrics from your end without further directives from Npower it will not upload because the biometrics have been suspended until the Npower batch c stream 2 shortlisting process is completed.

NEXIT: No, it is not true that the first Npower NEXIT training batch will get disbursement of the soft loan before the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training

There are speculations and reports online that the first batch of the Npower NEXIT soft loan training trainees will receive their soft loan disbursement before the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training program commences, please this information is not true, the information is false.

The Npower NEXIT soft loan will be disbursed only after all the batches must have completed their Npower NEXIT soft loan training, have collected their Npower NEXIT training certificates and their Npower NEXIT soft loan training business plans must have been completed and submitted by the Npower NEXIT training officers.

NEXIT: You are not to submit your Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan to any email address

Some exited Npower volunteers have been asking if they are to submit their Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan to the Npower email address, please no, you are not supposed to submit the Npower NEXIT soft loan training business plan to an email address.

The Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan is to be completed online and submitted online, in some Npower NEXIT training centers, like Lagos, Npower Volunteers were given the link to the business plan template blinkplan.biz, and were told to fill in some informations in the business plan, informations such as the cost of equipment, loan amount, working capital etc, although these information will later be adjusted and submitted on behalf of the Npower volunteers.

Please request for your Npower NEXIT soft loan business plan link from your state NEXIT training officers and coordinators.

NEXIT: You cannot edit your Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan once submitted

Some exited Npower Batches A and B volunteers have said that after gaining access to their Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan they observed that they cannot edit the informations on the business plan, please take note; you will not be able to edit the informations on your Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan because it has already been submitted, in some Npower NEXIT training centers, Npower trainees were specifically told that once the Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan have been submitted, they will not be able to edit it, even after viewing it.
