Npower: Shortlisted Npower Batch C2 Volunteers Will Be Sent A Formal Message On How To Go About Their Biometrics

Please if you are an Npower Batch C2 volunteer, and you have been shortlisted, the Npower NASIMS management team will still communicate with you either via your Npower NASIMS dashboard or through email.

The message will contain vital informations regarding the Npower biometric fingerprint enrollment, the installation softwares and the hardware configurations, the link sent to the previous Batch that is batch C1 cannot be used at the moment because it had long expired, Npower NASIMS is expected to send a fresh link containing instructions on the prerequisite for the biometrics fingerprint enrollment, should you not receive the message try visiting a cybercafe that have previously been used by Npower Batch C1 for their fingerprint enrollment and attempt yours.

Expect error messages at this period due to heavy traffic congestion on the N-Power NASIMS server, just try it at off peak periods, for those using their laptops ensure to have all the hardware and software facilities installed, the biometric works perfectly well with windows operating system.

Npower: Why You Were Not Selected For Npower Batch C2 After Scoring 50% And Above And Others Scoring Lower Were Shortlisted

If on checking your NASIMS profile you observed you were not shortlisted despite scoring above 50% and even passing the test, you observed you were not shortlisted for the biometric screening, and other Npower Batch C applicants scoring lower than you were shortlisted.

The reason why despite making the cut off mark you were not selected, and others scoring even lower were shortlisted is because of:

1) In the local government area you picked the competition was extremely high, and the local government area had lots of Npower Batch C applicants scoring extremely high, infact lots of Npower Batch C applicants scored above 70%, this would make the chances of someone scoring 50% to be selected extremely low.

2) The Npower Batch C program selected was extremely competitive, N-Teach is extremely competitive due to the nature of the job, and most Npower Batch C applicants chose the N-Teach program, thereby reducing the chances of someone scoring 50% to be shortlisted extremely slim.

3) The number of Npower Batch C applicants in that particular local government area is extremely low, and the highest scored say 30%, even those scoring lower than 30% will be shortlisted.

4) The number of Npower applicants that chose a particular Npower category were few, therefore to make up the numbers, someone even scoring lower than 50% will be shortlisted, for example the N-Health category has fewer number of Npower Batch C applicants, therefore an Npower Batch C applicants that chose the N-health category even with a lower score will be picked to make up for the deficit in the targeted number of the N-Health category.

5) The Npower category might not be available in that local government area, therefore you might not be shortlisted, although under this case the Npower Batch C applicant might be advised to choose another Npower category.

All Npower Batch C2 applicants that have not been selected should continue to check their Npower NASIMS dashboard, remember that the targeted number of Npower Batch C Volunteers will be about a million, and some Npower Batch C Volunteers shortlisted might not honour their selection, therefore those not selected initially might be used to replace Npower Batch C Volunteers shortlisted but were not available due to one reason or the other.

Npower Batch C2 Please Ignore No BVN Data Or Invalid BVN

Please if you are an Npower Batch C2 volunteer and you were selected but your Npower NASIMS dashboard is showing no BVN data or invalid BVN please ignore this issue, it will never affect your payment, your BVN had already been validated during the pre-registration stage, please just leave it as it is.

All Npower Batch C Volunteers have the same on their Npower NASIMS portal, no BVN data is just a way of hiding your BVN from the public, your BVN had already been validated and stored in the Npower NASIMS database, no BVN data or invalid BVN I repeat will never affect your payment or shortlisting process.

Npower: Once Your NASIMS Profile Tells You To Capture Your Fingerprint, You Have Been Shortlisted

Please if on checking your Npower NASIMS dashboard you got the message to capture your fingerprint, it simply means you have been shortlisted, even if your dashboard says you are not a beneficiary yet, what you should focus on is the message that tells you to capture your fingerprint.

If you were not shortlisted you will not be told to capture your fingerprint, this is the first verification exercise, the next stage is the physical verification exercise after which you will now be posted, after checking the deployment tab, if you have not been selected, please you are not to go for fingerprint capture, the fingerprint enrollment is only for Npower Batch C2 volunteers that were shortlisted.

If you scored high and you were not selected it simply means that the number of Npower volunteers in that local government that scored high were very many, some Npower Batch C2 volunteers scored less and were selected because the number of Npower volunteers in that area were few and many of them scored low.

Npower: How Wrong Bank Name Can Affect Your Stipend And Solution

Some Npower Batch C Volunteers have been having payment issues because of wrong bank name, some Npower Batch C Volunteers have been observed to have provided a wrong bank name and wrong account number.

For example, an Npower Batch C Volunteer providing a bank name as Providus Bank and providing the account number of Polaris Bank, this disparity will definitely affect your payment, because the bank name supplied is different from the actual bank name which ought to have provided, and the account number is for Polaris Bank and not for Providus Bank, costly errors as these can drastically affect your payment.

If you believe you supplied the wrong bank name and wrong account number please contact Npower dedicated support center: 01888340, 092203102, 018888148 or 018888189 or support.npower@nasims.gov.ng to resolve the situation.

Npower: How To Fix "Invalid Password" Issues When Logging Into NASIMS

If you are an Npower Batch C2 volunteers and you have been shortlisted, but you have been trying to gain access to the Npower NASIMS dashboard but it keeps saying invalid password, if after attempting to change the password and you expected a password reset into your in-box but it did not arrive, try refreshing your mail box or try restarting your phone.

If after carrying out the above task you did not receive the password reset link, just keep trying with your previous password until you be gain access to the Npower NASIMS dashboard.

Alternatively you are expected to receive a direct message from Npower NASIMS into your in-box or sms, directing you on how to carry out the online finger print verification process, this email or SMS contains a link which takes you directly to the fingerprint capture page, instead of having to login into Npower NASIMS portal.

As said earlier during periods as this, expect certain error messages due to network issues, when attempting to gain access to the Npower NASIMS dashboard.

Npower: How To Fix "BVN Already Used" During NASIMS Fingerprint Capture

If you are an Npower Batch C2 successful volunteer and during the process of capturing your finger print you got the BVN already used, or BVN already validated, or transaction failed issue, please do not perform this task with your phone, go to a cyber cafe.

At the moment an Npower Batch C2 volunteer should expect lots of error messages, as lots of Npower Batch C2 volunteers are on the same server attempting to capture their finger print at the same time, similar issues occured during the previous Batch, that is C1, an Npower Batch C2 volunteer can try out the finger print procedure at a much later period when the traffic has eased a bit, alternatively you can visit your browser settings and clear data, or clear temporary cache, then restart the finger print capture process again.

When using the cybercafe please ensure the business center has all the fingerprint hardwares and softwares for the fingerprint enrollment, without the specific softwares and hardwares, the Npower Batch C2 fingerprint capture might not be completed successfully.

Npower: Failed December Payment Will Be Restarted

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you were not paid because your payment failed to be credited when payment began, please the issue is not from the Npower Batch C Volunteer, but the failed payment was as a result of network glitch during disbursement of the December stipend, which affected lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers.

The December payment process will be restarted and all payment due to the Npower Batch C Volunteer will be paid and carried over as backlogs.

Please take note, the above concerns Npower Batch C Volunteers that were previously paid, but did not receive December payment, but please if you have not been paid at all since the inception of the N-Power Batch C program, forward your complain support.npower@nasims.gov.ng
