Npower nexit soft loan disbursement process might take longer than anticipated

Information have it that the Npower Nexit soft loan for the first set of the Npower Nexit training soft loan program might take longer to be disbursed, the reason is still because lots of business plans have not been completed, not to talk of being submitted.

The recent case in Ekiti State whereby the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) are demanding for money in order to complete and submit the business plans for the exited Npower volunteers would also prolong the soft loan disbursement process, with all these business plans not being completed and submitted regrettably Npower volunteers should not expect the soft loan disbursement anytime soon, until all business plans have been completed and submitted.

All Npower volunteers in Ekiti State have been advised to report to Npower management, the case of the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) demanding for money in order to make available their business plans, and for them to complete and submit the business plans for the Npower volunteers, please if you do not report this situation, it will only delay the soft loan disbursement and might even delay the next batch of the Npower Nexit training.

Npower february payment will be made when your payment status changes to 'paid'

Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers awaiting their Npower February payment in the coming weeks should take note, your Npower february payment has to become "paid" on your payment status before you are paid, if your Npower February payment is still having the "pending" or "processing" payment status please you cannot be paid yet, until it changes to "paid" payment status.

In a couple of weeks the Npower february payment should start changing from its current payment status, should you have any issues with payment please contact Npower nasims customer service agent on Instagram at nasims.ng or call 092203102 or 018888148 and send your Npower verification ID to the customer service agent, alternatively you can send your complain to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng.

Npower february stipend not reflecting on payment status is due to network glitch - Npower

If on checking your payroll tab and your payment status under Npower february payment and your Npower february stipend is not showing or displaying on your Npower payment status, or it appears then disappears after some time, this issue is as a result of network fluctuations and network congestion.

If you are having this issue please adopt the following procedures below:

1) Make sure you are using a strong broadband internet network like swift or 4G LTE network

2) Try login out then try login into the nasims portal during off peak periods when the network fluctuations and congestions has eased a bit

3) Refresh your browser or go to browser settings and clear cache 

If after carrying out all the above task and the Npower february stipend is still not showing on the payment status, it simply means the Npower february payment have not been updated and uploaded to your payroll and payment status.

Npower february stipend will be paid separately

Some Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers have been asking the question if their Npower january payment will be paid together with Npower february stipend, please Npower pays in batches, the Npower january payment and Npower february stipend will not be paid at once, each monthly payment is made independently and seperately from previous months.

If you are yet to receive your Npower January payment it automatically becomes backlog payment when the Npower february stipend is completely processed and Npower february stipend is paid, if you are still having Npower January payment issues and your Npower January payment is under "processing" please exercise patience you will be paid, even if it eventually becomes a failed payment due to the longer period at which it was under Processing, please remain calm as the Npower january payment will be re-initiated and you will be paid for January, provided you have been paid before.

If after all these and your Npower January payment fails again, then you will be paid when backlog payment commences, the Npower february payment will be paid seperately, it has to change from pending to processing then to paid before your Npower February stipend is credited into your bank account, Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers have been reminded to always check their Npower payroll and payment status for updates regarding their payments.

Npower batch c stream 2 will be onboarded after physical verification and deployment

The Npower batch c stream 2 will be onboarded after physical verification, onboarding is a process whereby the Npower batch c stream 2 becomes a bonafide beneficiary of the Npower batch c stream 2 program and is placed on the Npower payroll to start receiving stipend.

If you have been shortlisted, and you have done your biometrics and you did not complete the Npower physical verification and you were not deployed, you will not be placed on the Npower payroll and you will not be paid and eventually removed from the Npower batch c stream 2 program.

The onboarding process will start after the Npower physical verification and deployment, once the Npower physical verification and deployment have been concluded by the Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer then the Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer can start receiving payment when it commences.

You might not be onboarded if you miss the physical verification or there was discrepancy between the documents you uploaded and the documents presented during the Npower physical verification, in the same vein, if you fail to deploy at your place of primary assignment due to one reason or the other, you will not be onboarded.

Npower nexit training for next batch will be communicated - Npower

The Npower Nexit training for the next batch will be communicated according to Npower, before the Npower Nexit soft loan training commences, an email or a text message will be sent to exited Npower volunteers through the entrepreneurship development institute, that is, the Npower Nexit training invitation message for the next batch will be sent directly by the Npower nexit training consultants before the next batch starts.

The Npower Nexit soft loan training program have not started because some of the business plans of the first set that participated in the Npower Nexit soft loan training have not been submitted yet, once the business plans of the first batch is completely submitted, the next batch of the Npower Nexit soft loan training program will start.

All Npower volunteers will be given soft loans to start a business and the soft loan is payable in seven years, once your business plan cannot be edited it has been submitted, but if your business plan can be edited, it has not been submitted.

Npower february payment to commence in the coming weeks

Npower batch c stream 1 Npower february payment is being processed as we speak and in the coming weeks most Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers should start receiving Npower February payment alerts, the Npower batch c stream 1 February payment is on "pending" and in a matter of days it will become "Processing" and in the coming weeks, the Npower February stipend should display "paid".

Please if you are having payment issues please contact Npower customer service agent after sending in your Npower verification ID to 018888148, all Npower October payment will be paid as backlogs and all Npower January payment will be resolved and payment re-initiated.

Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers that their Npower January payment have been on processing for a long time have to wait for it to become "paid" on their Npower payment status, once the payment status becomes "paid" you will be paid, otherwise go to your bank to check if your bank was placed on restriction, once your Npower January payment becomes "failed" the payment issue will be resolved and the Npower January payment will be restarted, once restarted, Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers with payment issues should start receiving credit payment alert into their respective bank account.
