Npower: Change Of Name Will Cause "Failed Transaction" Issues On Npower NASIMS

If you have been receiving payments and recently you changed your bank account names and BVN names and you observed that your payment transaction failed on your payroll, it is simply because of names mismatch.

Npower Batch C Volunteers have been warned times without number to avoid changing their account names and BVN names, it will definitely affect your payment.

Please if you have been receiving payment please avoid changing your account names even if you are married, please for now avoid changing your account names it will definitely affect your payment.

Once the names on your Npower NASIMS profile do not correspond or match your account names and BVN names you will never be paid, unless the change of name is reversed, if you are having issues regarding change of names, please send your Npower ID and your corrected names if need be to:

Npower: Non Graduates Attending Their Training Venue For The First Time Will Be Given Transportation Allowances And Accomodation

If you are under the Npower non graduate category and you have been posted for training for the first time and you are worried about transportation to training camp, please worry no more, as Npower non graduate volunteers will be given transportation allowances at the end of their training.

These expenses will be taken care of by the Ministry for Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management And Social Development, in addition to the transportation allowance, free accomodation will also be provided.

The first phase of the N-Power non graduate category training will last for a period of 3 weeks to 3 months, after the training on various technical skills, the Npower non graduate volunteers will be given devices to propel them for the nine months training in which they will be assigned to their individual trainers, all Npower Batch C Volunteers under the non graduate category have been implored to always check their Npower NASIMS dashboard for updates regarding Npower non graduate training schedules.

The non graduate category which includes N-creative, N-build, N-Mixology, N-Tech will be paid a monthly stipend of ₦10,000.

Npower: If You Missed Previous Physical Verification You Can Join The Next Npower Physical Verification

If you were shortlisted in Npower Batch C1 and due to one reason or the other you failed to participate in the Npower physical verification thereby making your Npower physical verification to be pending, you can join the next physical verification once it commences.

All Npower Batch C1 volunteers that missed the previous Npower physical verification exercise, are advised to keep checking their Npower NASIMS profile for updates on physical verification and deployment.

After biometrics comes Npower physical verification exercise, then after the Npower physical verification exercise, posting commences, all documents uploaded on the Npower NASIMS profile will be sighted at the Npower physical verification center.

The Npower physical verification exercise is extremely important and all Npower Batch C1 Volunteers that missed the previous Npower physical verification exercise should ensure to attend the next physical verification exercise, failing to complete the Npower physical verification exercise could lead to "payment on hold" issues.

Npower: December Payment Restarted, Payment Ongoing, October And November Will Be Paid As Backlog

As we speak, the outstanding failed December payment has been rectified and Npower Batch C Volunteers with failed December payment have started receiving credit alert payments.

If you are yet to be paid your December stipend, please exercise patience as the payment will continue throughout this week and even extend till next week.

Other outstanding payments (October and November) will be paid as backlog before the Npower Batch C program elapses, all hands at the Npower NASIMS office is on deck to ensure that no Npower Batch C Volunteer is left out of payment.

If you are yet to be paid please exercise you will be paid your December stipend, some bank as we speak are faced with temporary network challenges as soon as this is cleared you will receive your stipend.

Npower: December Payment Begins Today

All Npower Batch C1 volunteers that have been having issues with their December outstanding payments should breathe a sigh of relief because the December payment have been restarted and all Npower Batch C1 volunteers before the week runs out should get 100% payment.

The process was concluded early hours of this morning and all Npower Batch C1 volunteers that were owed due to failed payments will definitely start getting their December stipend alerts.

The January stipend process will commence very soon by this month, all Npower Batch C1 volunteers are expected not to alter their banking information, Npower Batch C1 volunteers having issues should send their Npower ID to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng and avoid tampering with their account information online.

Npower: How To Fix "Connection Error Try Again" Issue When Trying To Submit Biometric Fingerprint Enrollment Capture

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you recently completed your fingerprint capture but whenever you attempt to submit the captured fingerprint you keep receiving the message "Connection Error Try Again" it simply means there is INTERNAL SERVER ERROR, that is a technical error with the Npower NASIMS biometrics client fingerprint server.

The simple solution to this issue is to ensure that the cybercafe has a strong internet network signal strength and a high broadband preferably a wireless internet network, alternatively the Npower Batch C Volunteer should just wait a while during off peak periods and repeat the entire process again. It is just a technical error.

Npower: Biometrics Placed On Hold Until Stream 2 Is Shortlisted

All Npower NASIMS Biometric fingerprint enrollment capture has been placed on hold until the Npower Batch C2 is shortlisted, although some Npower Batch C Volunteers might still be able to complete theirs if they can gain access to the installed biometric software used previously by existing Npower Batch C volunteers, if you have already completed your biometrics recently there is no cause for alarm.

The Npower NASIMS biometrics fingerprint enrollment capture was supposed to come with a software link sent individually to Npower NASIMS volunteers' profile page or was supposed to be sent through email, the message will contain all instructions required on downloading, system specifications and operating system requirements, but the Npower Batch C2 volunteers received none even after receiving the message to go for biometric screening on their Npower NASIMS profile.

As we speak the Npower Batch C2 list is almost concluded and the shortlisting process is at its final stage of completion.

All shortlisted Npower Batch C2 volunteers will be sent an email and notification on their Npower NASIMS profile page, which will contain the biometrics user guide, prospective Npower Batch C2 volunteers are advised to always check their emails and Npower NASIMS dashboard for updates regarding biometrics, verification and deployment.
