Although some exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers awaiting the next batch of the NEXIT training have claimed that the anchor of the NEXIT training told awaiting exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers that the next batch of the NEXIT soft loan training will start this month, the Npower management have thrown more light on the status and current situation on the second batch of the NEXIT soft loan training, Npower have urged all exited Npower Batches A and B volunteers waiting for the next batch of the NEXIT soft loan training to exercise patience, that "as soon as the certification, documentation and proposals of the beneficiaries of the first set of the Nexit training is concluded, the second phase will kick-off".

The business plan and business proposals both the soft copies and hard copies are being compiled, and submitted to the relevant financial institutions as we speak, hopefully in the coming weeks all processes regarding the business plans for the first batch will be concluded, after this the NEXIT soft loan training for the second batch should follow suit.

Exited Npower Batch A and B that qualify for the NEXIT soft loan training will be given between ₦500,000 to ₦3,000,000 depending on their loan amount and working capital quoted on the final business plan and according to the nature of the business selected by the exited Npower beneficiary.

INITIATION OF 3 MONTHS BACKLOGS PAYMENT FOR NON-GRADUATE BENEFICIARIES - NASIMS

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) have released a press statement to clear the air on the current initiation of backlogs which as we speak is reflecting on the payroll section of some Npower Batch C non graduate volunteers.

NASIMS said that the initiation of backlogs payment for Npower non graduate beneficiaries as shown on the payroll section of their NASIMS profile was actually for those Npower non graduates who had completed their training since last year and were not paid.

The Npower non graduate trainees currently undergoing training at different camps are not part of the batch that will be getting their backlogs payment soon.

The current Npower non-graduate trainees in camp will receive their payments only after completing their training and this will come as backlog payments.

NASIMS further said that all non graduates are the same as the graduate beneficiaries regardless of the program and their is no form of favoritsm or partiality as far as the Npower program is concerned.

"We have received with great concern complaints from some non-graduate Beneficiaries regarding what they considered as dismal and gloomy approach towards the initiation of backlogs payments for non-graduate beneficiaries.

For avoidance of doubt, we are impartial and always work with directives. The initiation of backlogs payment for non-graduate beneficiaries as reflected on payroll section WASN'T FOR ALL NON-GRADUATE BENEFICIARIES, BUT ONLY FOR THOSE WHO HAD UNDERGONE AND SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THEIR TRAINING SINCE LAST YEAR 2021.

To that effect, all non-graduate trainees currently receiving training at different camps are apparently excluded from the batch that will be getting their backlogs payment any time soon. THE CURRENT TRAINEES IN CAMPS SHALL RECEIVE THEIR PAYMENTS UPON COMPLETION OF THEIR TRAINING OR THEREAFTER AS BACKLOG.

Please note, all non-graduate beneficiaries are the same as well as graduate beneficiaries regardless of program. Therefore all entitlement due to you will not be denied. Be patient and wait for your payment when it's appropriate.

Please take note, this concerns Npower Batch C Volunteers that were paid only for December, they were not paid for September, October and November.

NEXIT: Business Plan Completed, Soft Loan Disbursement To Commence Soon

Exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers especially exited Npower trainees in Lagos should visit blinkplan.biz the template for preparing the business plan, exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers will observe that the columns have been completed as promised by the NEXIT training officers.

Recall, few weeks ago at the last day of the NEXIT soft loan training, the NEXIT training officials promised to assist Npower Batch A and B volunteers having difficulties in completing some columns in the business plan such as the financial plan, and other details, all the columns as we speak has been completed, kindly see screenshot below as evidence.

All things being equal exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers should start receiving their NEXIT soft loans by May, as promised by the NEXIT training officers, loan amount will be maximum of ₦3,000,000 and will be provided by the Central Bank of Nigeria in conjunction with NIRSAL Micro Finance Bank.

Surely You Will Be Paid - Npower

Npower have taken to her media to inform all Npower Batch C Volunteers that they will surely be paid this time around, the January stipend is on its pending stage and in the coming weeks Npower Batch C Volunteers will start receiving credit alerts, Npower Batch C Volunteers having payment issues will also be paid this time around during the payment of January stipend as affirmed by NASIMS.
