July/Backlog Stipends: GIFMIS Set to Trigger Alert - Chairman Focal Person

The Chairperson of all the Focal officers, has assured all exited N-Power volunteers of their July stipends, he noted some delay and attributes it to GIFMIS loophole, responsible for outright rejection of over 14,000 genuine N-Power volunteers.
This must be corrected before disbursement of stipends, and the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (AGFs) has rectified the issues.
“We are more concerned by the delay, office of the Accountant General of the Federation (AGFs) is now ready to trigger alert any moment from now, hopefully, GIFMIS will commence the process of crediting payment soon”
In similar vein, Nneka Ikem Anibeze had earlier assured N-Power volunteers of their payment soon.
The last lap of stipend disbursement to exited N-Power volunteers of the Federal Government N-Power Programme will receive payment Soon.

N-Power Volunteers Youth Congress Appoints State Representatives

The meeting commence at exactly 9:00PM, on the 13th of September with an opening prayer from a Christian brother Comrade Enugu and a Muslim brother Comrade Kegbe.
Followed by a brief welcome remark from N-Power Youth Congress Acting coordinator Comrade Joseph Maigari who showed so much gratitude for the level of corporation among members and also encourage N-Power beneficiaries to be resilience as we can not go back to the labour market, hence the need for N-Power volunteers to be united and unanimous in decision making, and he declared the meeting open.
The next agendum was brief introduction by all members which we spend adequate time to know our members by name, State, batch, and local government areas.

At exactly 22:58hrs, 13th September, 2020, Comrade Austin moves a motion for adjournment of the meeting till further notice and was seconded by Comrade Abdulganiyu.
Comrade Jude led in a closing prayer and a brief closing remark from N-Power Youth Congress Acting National secretary Comrade Austin Nsikak. And all N-Power volunteers departed.

N-Power Batch B Volunteers To Be Paid July Stipend Soon

Exited N-Power Batch B volunteers of the Federal Government's N-Power scheme are to be paid their July stipends real soon, Nneka Anibeze Ikem the new appointed Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Hon Minister Sadiya Umar Farouq made this know during the week.
Recall that N-Power Batch A volunteers were disengaged from the N-Power Scheme on June 30 after four solid years, while their N-Power Batch B colleagues were officially exited on July 31st after a controversial 2 years.
Meanwhile, these Nigerian youths were exited from the N-Power program by the Federal Government without being paid their stipends for the month of July. Plus, they are currently kept in suspense concerning their exit/transition package.
This has enraged many N-Power volunteers with the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development.
