Npower: How To Fix January, February, And March Payment Issues

Npower payment is a process whereby Npower volunteers are credited into their bank account using an electronic transfer method, Npower Batch C Volunteers are supposed to receive their stipends without hitches but sometimes there could be a system error which might make the stipend not to arrive at its destination, which is the Npower volunteer's bank account, and once this happens the entire payment process has to be re-initiated again, when the payment fails, the Npower volunteer might start seeing reasons like;

1) Transfer not successful

2) Destination bank not found

3) Failed Payment

4) Transaction does not exist

5) Transaction failed

6) Transfer unsuccessful 

7) Failed system error

5) The Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer should call Npower customer service agent on 018888148 and send his or her Npower ID verbally and state his or her issue as "payment failed for January, February and March."

Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers should give the Npower customer service agent some time to treat the payment issues, once you send in your complain please do not send another, your payment issues have been received, once payment is re-initiated you will be credited, January and February stipend will be paid as backlogs.

Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers having names mismatch issues are to send their scanned BVN printout and their nasims profile page to Npower though the mediums above.

NEXIT: How To Check If You Qualify For The Npower Exit Package

The Npower exit package otherwise known as the nexit package is an exit soft loan to be given to exited Npower volunteers after they have completed a week training and their business plans have been submitted to Central Bank of Nigeria.

The major requirements to qualify for the soft loan is that your business plan must have been completed and submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria, the challenge here is that most Npower volunteers that have completed the first batch of the NEXIT training do not even know if their business plans have been submitted or not.

Npower volunteers should follow the simple tips below to check if their business plan have been submitted to the appropriate financial quarters.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR BUSINESS PLAN HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO QUALIFY YOU FOR THE NPOWER EXIT PACKAGE

1) If you are using the blinkplan template visit blinkplan.biz, for other states using another business plan template please login through the link provided by your Npower Nexit state consultants.

2) Click on login, and enter your login details.

3) Your email address is the email address used for your Npower batch A or B registeration, while your password is the first and second letters of your name, followed by @ then the last three digits of the phone number you used for Npower batch A or B registeration, for example, if the email you used for Npower registration is janedoe@yahoo.com, this will be your login email, then if your names are Jane Doe and your phone number is 08145632153, then your password will be Ja@153, or Do@153, that is if the first password did not log you in.

4) Click on preview business plan, after clicking on preview business plan, click on menu at the top left hand corner of the page, you should see the same image as the image shown below, if you see this image it simply means that your business plan have been submitted, this simply means that you are qualified for the exit package and when the soft loan disbursement commences you will benefit from it.

5) If after clicking the preview business plan and you noticed that you can edit the details on your business plan it simply means that your business plan have not been submitted, quickly contact your state nexit training consultants below and report the issue to them, without the business plan getting to the Central Bank of Nigeria you will not be entitled to the soft loan exit package when disbursement commences.

Npower Batch C Stream 2: How To Check If You Passed The Biometrics Using *45665#

The biometrics fingerprint enrollment capture process is a process whereby the fingerprint details of an Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer is captured using the fingerprint scanner and a nasims Npower biometrics client software installed on the computer system.

The biometrics is the second stage after the shortlisting stage and without passing this second screening stage an Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer cannot proceed to the Npower Batch C stream 2 physical verification phase.

Npower batch c stream 2 volunteers that have completed their biometrics might not really know if they passed or failed the biometrics, in order to know if your biometrics was passed please follow the simple steps below:

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR BIOMETRICS WAS PASSED USING THE NASIMS USSD CODE*45665#

After you must have completed your biometrics at the cybercafe, you can use the nasims ussd code*45665# to check if you passed the biometrics by following the steps below:

1) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should dial *45665# from any mobile network; Etisalat, Glo, Airtel, MTN

2) After dialling the nasims ussd code a welcome message will be displayed on your screen saying "Welcome to NSIP Service Choose Programme -

1. N-Power

2. NEXIT

3.CCT

4. HGSFP

5. S4J

6. Cancel"

3) Select 1 then "send"

4) After selecting option 1 a message will display on your screen saying "Welcome to N-Power Information Service, please enter your BVN or Registered Mobile Number."

5) Press "Answer" then input your BVN number then press "send".

6) After completing step 5 a message will pop up saying " To complete the request please authorize the charge of ₦30:00 to "accept" then press "Answer" then press "1" for "accept".

7) Press "1" then "send".

8) A message will say "Thank you".

9) Wait for few seconds to receive a text message into your phone.

10)Press "show" to open the message it will display the message below:

 "CONGRATULATIONS! You have been selected for N-Power Batch C, Stream II.

Please check back to see if you were selected as a beneficiary after biometrics."

Once you get this message quickly proceed to the nearest cyber cafe to complete your biometrics if you have not done the biometrics.

11) After completing your biometrics at the cybercafe dial *45665# ussd code (please ensure you have enough airtime to complete this process because you will be charged ₦30, just have a minimum of ₦100 airtime), then repeat the above process, but this time around choose number 0 which is "for more options" then it will bring out number 7 and number 8 for you, kindly choose number 7 it is for biometrics status, if you passed the biometrics after completing the steps you will receive the message below:

"Your biometric record capture was successful"

Once you receive the above message it simply means that you have passed the biometrics stage, all you have to do is to wait for the Npower Batch C stream 2 physical verification date to be set, this date will appear on the verification page of your nasims profile.
