Npower News August 20th 2022 says that Npower beneficiaries with failed Npower June stipend payment as a result of transfer limit exceeded or timeout waiting for response from destination should send their Npower ID to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng. All failed Npower stipend will be reinitiated and paid as backlog as all failed Npower stipend has been forwarded to Npower technical team responsible for payments.

First phase of Npower batch c stream 2 deployment is ongoing, Npower beneficiaries that received the text message or not should proceed to their local government area secretariat or zones to carry out their deployment exercise, after this first stage of the Npower deployment process, the next stage is the signing and uploading of the Npower deployment letter to the Npower portal, the Npower Batch C stream 2 deployment exercise is free of charge, Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries will be required to provide a place of primary assignment not far away from their residence, the Npower Batch C stream 2 deployment exercise is at the moment manually done, this is to avoid Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries from being deployed to areas for away from their residence. How To Fix Failed June Stipend Payment Due To "Timeout Waiting For Response From Destination" Issue

Npower beneficiaries that were not paid their June stipend as a result of "timeout waiting for response from destination" issue can have their issues resolved by following the simple tips below;

1) The Npower beneficiary should login into his or her Npower portal with his or her nasims application ID and password.

2) The Npower beneficiary should click on the overview page and scroll down the overview profile page and copy his or her Npower ID, just under the passport picture the Npower ID is the number that begins with NPWR... 

3) The Npower beneficiary should go to Twitter click on the icon with a feather in a sky blue circle at the bottom right corner and compose a message stating the complaint in the message, Npower beneficiaries can use the format below to compose the message on Twitter, the Npower beneficiary can attach an image of the nasims payroll tab capturing the failed June stipend but this is not necessary.

4) After composing the message and including the necessary details above, the Npower beneficiary should just add @npower_ng at the end of the message, click on send > button.

Once the message is sent, the Npower beneficiary should avoid sending similar complaints as this will delay the failed Npower June stipend rectification process. Once the complaint is received by Npower it is forwarded to the Npower technical team, once received by the Npower technical team, the failed Npower June stipend is reinitiated and paid as backlog payments when backlog payments commences.

When Npower July Stipend Will Be Paid

Npower July stipend will be reinitiated soon, the Npower July stipend will be initiated in the coming weeks and Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries will soon start seeing changes on their Npower portal under their payroll tab, at the moment the Npower June stipend is ongoing and quite a number of Npower beneficiaries have failed Npower June stipend, once a sizeable number of Npower beneficiaries with failed Npower June stipend payment is cleared then the Npower July stipend payment will start.

Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries will receive their Npower monthly stipend only after they have completed their deployment process, this is usually a month after the Npower deployment process have been concluded. Npower beneficiaries with failed Npower June stipend payment are to send their Npower ID and complaint to Npower on Twitter @npower_ng. Npower beneficiaries with payment on hold yet to submit their attestation letter will not receive Npower July stipend, please if you are an Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary and you have not sent your attestation letter please send it immediately to Npower email address at support.npower@nasims.gov.ng. All Npower Batch C stream 2 with "applicant" or "shortlisted" Npower status will not be paid.
