2) The Npower beneficiary can also make his or her complaint by sending his or her request to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng Npower beneficiaries under the Npower Batch A and Npower batch B beneficiaries not selected for the first phase of the nexit soft loan training are yet to be scheduled for the next phase of the nexit soft loan training program. 

Nexit soft loan training was set up as part of the Npower transition program to provide soft loans to Npower batch a and Npower batch B beneficiaries to start a viable business of their choice.

Npower payment will reflect on the Npower portal first as pending, then after few days it changes to processing then before finally changing to paid, all these changes will happen on the payroll tab on the Npower portal.
