Npower: You Have Not Been Paid Any Stipend At All Because Of Your Account Details

If you are an Npower Batch C volunteer and you have not received any payment at all, it simply means your account details are not correct, if your account details are not correct you will not be paid, for you to receive payment your account number must be correct, your bank account names must match your NASIMS profile names at least two names must match including your middle name.

If the above details are correct you will definitely be paid, but if they are not correct you will not be paid, if you feel some of your banking details are not correct please send your Npower ID and all your correct account names and BVN names to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, names and account number have a significant role to play in payment, once your names are not correct the payment system might flag your account as invalid and you will not be paid, if your account number too is not correct you will not be paid at all.

Npower: Please Use Your BVN To Check Your NEXIT Status And Confirm Availability

Please if you are an exited Npower Batch A and Npower Batch B volunteer and you want to check your NEXIT status please use your BVN, report has it that most Npower Batch A and Npower Batch B volunteers using their phone numbers are getting the reject message that they have not been shortlisted but after using their BVN to check their NEXIT status they realise that they have been shortlisted, please always endeavour to use your BVN when checking your NEXIT status, and you will be amazed that you have been selected for the Npower NEXIT package.

To check your NEXIT status, please dial *45665# then select 2, that is NEXIT option, after that you will be prompted to input either your BVN or phone number, please input your BVN, after that accept 1 which is the option to deduct ₦30 airtime from your airtime balance.

In order to confirm availability after checking your NEXIT status, please repeat the entire process by dialling *45665# again, then input your BVN after picking number 2, and authorising the ₦30 deduction from your airtime, please after doing this, it will still send you an SMS to confirm availability, after confirmation of your availability, after completing this task then you are done, you might still receive a message to confirm availability, please just ignore.
