Payment of Failed 2021 payments as backlog to graduate beneficiaries yet to commence - NASIMS

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) have cleared the air concerning the backlog payments initiated few days ago, NASIMS have said that the backlog payments that started few days ago was for Npower Batch C under the non graduate categories that started their training months ago but were owed and were not paid, the backlog for failed payments is specifically for the Npower batch C being owed last year under the graduate categories; N-Teach, N-Health and N-Agro, NASIMS further said that when this backlog payments for Npower Batch C Volunteers under the graduate category commences all Npower Batch C Volunteers under the graduate category having failed payment issues will be credited.

"As we had promised long before now to frequently address issues bothering Npower beneficiaries through publication of updates to ensure clearer perception is achieved, kindly note that non-graduate backlog payments that was initiated few days ago is far more different from failed 2021 payment of graduate beneficiaries. To that effect, be informed when payment for 2021 FAILED payments as backlog commences all affected Graduate Beneficiaries will be duly paid.

NEXIT: Ignore Number 5 The "Preview Business Plan", It Cannot Be Edited, Business Plan Already Submitted

Some exited Npower Lagos volunteers have been complaining that number 5 of their NEXIT soft loan business plan, that is, the Preview Business Plan column was not completed and worry about the red sign which shows that it has not been submitted.

If you read the information highlighted in green, the NEXIT soft loan training consultants through the business plan have informed exited Npower Lagos volunteers that they are seeing number 1 to 5 because their business plan have already been completed, since the business plan have been completed and submitted it cannot be changed, the exited Npower volunteer can only preview the business plan to view the working capital, cost of equipment and other details as contained in the business plan.

Other states have their own peculiarities and the NEXIT business plan varies from states to start, please follow strictly the instructions given to you by your state NEXIT soft loan training center and NEXIT training officials and do not do otherwise.

Please be patient, you will get paid, thank you - Npower

The N-Build volunteers under the cooking and catering category have expressed their dissatisfaction by telling Npower to fulfill their request, that they have not yet been paid and they spend a huge sum of transportation going to their places of training, Npower have assured all Npower Batch C Volunteers under the N-Build category that they should remain patient, they will be paid.

Please if you have not yet been posted or you have not started your training but you have been posted you will not be paid, payment is only for Npower non graduates that have started their training.

Npower non graduates have been informed to check the verification tab of the NASIMS profile for their training venues, please if after checking the verification tab you did not see your training venue it simply means you have not yet been posted and you will not be paid, just exercise patience till you are posted.

NEXIT: Be patient, when it commences, you would be notified

Some exited Npower volunteers awaiting the next batch of the NEXIT soft loan training, have asked the question "Npower what about NEXIT and the training information regarding that" well Npower have replied saying exited Npower volunteers awaiting the next batch should be patient, that when the next batch of the NEXIT soft loan training commences they will be notified, see statement below;

"Be patient, when it commences, you would be notified".

The previous batch of exited Npower volunteers who participated in the NEXIT soft loan training were given certificates after the one week duration of their NEXIT soft loan training program, after which their business plan will be scrutinized and adjusted before it is forwarded to Central Bank of Nigeria for the award of the soft loans to the successful exited Npower volunteers.
