The available trainee opportunities include Supply Chain Trainee and Solutions Architect Trainee positions.
1. Supply Chain Trainee
The Supply Chain Trainee will support end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory monitoring, order processing, procurement activities, and coordination with vendors and logistics partners.
The position is based in Lagos and is suitable for candidates interested in developing a career in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, and business operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, purchase orders, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- The ability to understand business processes, map workflows, and identify opportunities to improve procurement, logistics, and supply chain efficiency.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail, particularly when reviewing quotations, prices, quantities, freight costs, lead times, and other commercial information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple procurement requirements, shipments, and delivery activities.
- A willingness to learn and participate in structured training and mentorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory, procurement, or supply chain management systems is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of international trade, importation, and logistics processes is an added advantage.
2. Solutions Architect Trainee
The Solutions Architect Trainee will assist in designing and documenting technology solutions covering electronic security, IT, safety, and communication systems under the supervision of experienced team members.
Responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, supporting system integration activities, preparing technical and process documentation, contributing to client presentations and proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the timely delivery of technology solutions.
The role is open to applicants based in Lagos and Abuja.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- An understanding of basic Solution Architecture and Systems Integration principles.
- A strong interest in ELV, security, safety, ICT, networking, audiovisual, communication, and integrated building systems.
- Basic knowledge of how technology systems, hardware, software, and networks interact and integrate.
- Foundational knowledge of software, system configuration, or automation concepts.
- The ability to understand customer requirements, analyse workflows, and translate operational needs into suitable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn through structured technical training, OEM certifications, and mentorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, or similar technical design tools is an advantage.
