JC International Graduate Trainee Program
JC International Graduate Trainee Program is designed to offer practical exposure, hands-on experience and industry-relevant skills while JC International Graduate Trainee works within the operations of JC International.
Responsibilities of JC International Graduate Trainee
JC International Graduate Trainee will:
1. Assist in the inspection of customers' lifting equipment and accessories, ensuring compliance with the operating procedures and applicable industry standards of JC International
2. Coordinate on-site activities to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards
3. Prepare test piece surfaces for inspection activities
4. Carryout inspections under the supervision of the Inspection Engineer
5. Generate accurate and detailed inspection reports
6. Enforce compliance with quality standards and operational procedures
7. Carryout proof load testing and thorough examinations of lifting equipment and cargo carrying units under supervision
8. Perform non-destructive examinations (NDE) following the procedures of JC International and customer specifications under the guidance of an Inspection Engineer
9. Ensure job completion forms are signed off by clients upon task completion
10. Attend daily toolbox meetings to review safety and operational plans
11. Engage in weekly reviews of operating procedures and standards
12. Inspect and verify the readiness of materials and tools before starting tasks
13. Record equipment identification numbers in the mobilization booklet
Requirements for JC International Graduate Trainee Program
Candidates applying for JC International Graduate Trainee Program must:
1. Have BEng/BTech in Engineering or any related discipline
2. Have strong communication skills
Candidates with up to three years of experience in a similar inspection engineering position have an added advantage.
