Some exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers have been repeatedly dialling the NEXIT ussd code*45665# all in the effort to check their NEXIT training status, infact an exited Npower beneficiary said she dialled the code 30 times and over ₦900 airtime was deducted from her airtime all in the effort of being shortlisted.

Please as we speak the NEXIT training USSD code*45665# is no longer active, exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers have been told repeatedly that once the next batch of the NEXIT training programme commences they will be notified and all Npower Batch A and B volunteers will be communicated to either publicly, via SMS or through their email addresses, please at the moment all exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers awaiting to be shortlisted for the next batch of the NEXIT soft loan training should stop dialling the NEXIT training USSD code*45665# to avoid wasting their financial resources.

Once the next batch of the NEXIT soft loan training programme commences, exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers have been advised to quickly go to their NEXIT training venue to check their names and not rely solely on the NEXIT training invitation message, lots of exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers missed the previous NEXIT soft loan training exercise because they were waiting for the NEXIT training invitation message, whereas their names were on the NEXIT training list at the venue.

Npower: Federal Executive Council Approves ₦14bn To Train 50,000 Npower Non-Graduates For A Period Of 9 Months

The Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Wednesday in Abuja approved over ₦14 billion to train 50,000 non-graduates of N-power for a period of nine months.

The meeting, which was presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Council Chamber, Presidential Villa, Abuja, also approved Business, Facilitation and Miscellaneous Provision Bill.

The approvals were disclosed by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar-Farouq, and the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, while briefing State House correspondents on the outcome of the council meeting.

Umar-Farouq explained that the ₦14 billion would be used to engage four federal government agencies that will be involved in the training of the non-graduates for the period of nine months.

She said: “Today, the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development submitted a memo to Council, asking Council for approval for the engagement of four Federal Government Agencies that will train our N-Power non-graduate beneficiaries.

“These non-graduate beneficiaries, 50,000 of them, will be trained in different skills, using four government agencies as mentioned.

“The affected agencies included the National Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), Industrial Training Fund (ITF), National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism and the Hydraulic Equipment Development Institute”.

She added that at the end of the training the beneficiaries of the programme would be handed starter packs to start up their businesses.

The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, also told correspondents that the council approved the Business, Facilitation and Miscellaneous Provision Bill to consolidate on the reforms and enhance productivity and value.

He explained that the bill was part of the government’s efforts to sustain the legacies achieved through the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC).

The minister revealed that the bill would be forwarded to National Assembly for consideration.

Npower: What To Do If You Have Not Received Your November Stipend

Till date some Npower Batch C Volunteers are yet to receive their November stipend, please if you have not received only November stipend but you have received other stipend, please exercise patience you November stipend will be paid as backlog, their are specific days and periods for backlog payment, the reason for the delay in the November stipend is simply as a result of technical glitches experienced when payment was disbursed, this payment will be reinitiated and the affected Npower Batch C beneficiary will be credited.

If you have not been paid at all, that is you were not paid for September, October, November and even December, please go through your account details on the Npower NASIMS dashboard, cross check if your account names matches the names on your NASIMS profile, also check if your account number and bank name is correct, those are aspects that can hinder an Npower Batch C Volunteer from getting paid, if you notice after checking that some of your account details are not correct like your account names do not match your NASIMS profile names, or you are having incorrect account numbers then please contact Npower customer care representative on 01888340, 092203102

NEXIT: Please Do Not Go To Your NEXIT Training Venue Until The NEXIT Training For Second Batch Commences

Reports online have it that quite a couple of exited Npower Batch A and B beneficiaries have been traveling from where they were previously to their NEXIT training venues and others have been found to be within the vicinity of their NEXIT training venue even when the NEXIT soft loan training second batch have not started.

Please, do not exhaust and waste your resources and transportation going to the NEXIT soft loan training venue when the NEXIT soft loan training programme is yet to commence, please all exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers that could not make it for the first NEXIT soft loan training programme or were not shortlisted for the first batch of the NEXIT soft loan training programme have been advised to exercise patience and wait for official statement from Npower regarding the next batch of the NEXIT training programme, definitely there will be another NEXIT soft loan training programme which will commence in the coming weeks, although a specific date and time has not been fixed, but directly or indirectly all exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers slated for the next NEXIT soft loan training programme will surely be communicated one way or the other.

NEXIT: Awaiting Exited Npower Batch A and B Volunteers Might Have To Wait A Little Longer For The Next Batch

As we speak, the Npower management have disclosed that they have no information regarding the NEXIT soft loan training programme for the next batch at the moment, although the Npower management have not come out directly to say this but a response to an exited Npower Batch volunteer question actually confirmed this, this might come as an upset to exited Npower volunteers awaiting the next batch of the NEXIT soft loan training.

Nonetheless regardless of the above claims, exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers awaiting the NEXIT soft loan training should continue to check their email and SMS for the NEXIT soft loan training for the next batch and should always be observant to relevant informations online with respect to the NEXIT soft loan training programme.

Npower: N-Knowledge Stipend Will Be Paid After Posting

If you fall under the N-Knowledge category of the Npower non graduate programme batch C, you will be paid your stipend after posting, if you did the training and you have received your allowances, you still have to be posted after your training, it is after posting that you are entitled to the ₦10,000 monthly stipend.

The N-Knowledge category has a maximum duration of 6 months, if you have not received your stipend and you have already started working for months please call 01888340, 092203102, 018888148 or 018888189, but if you are yet to be posted for your training then you will not be paid until you have been posted and you have commenced your training.

Npower: What To Do If You Are Yet To Receive Your 5 Months Stipend Under The Non Graduate Category

Most Npower volunteers under the batch C non graduate category have been lamenting the non payment of their 5 months stipend.

Firstly note that if you have not been posted you are not entitled to the five months outstanding stipend, the five months outstanding stipend are for non graduate volunteers under the Npower Batch C programme that have been posted, completed their training and have started his or her apprenticeship.
