Npower: Another Physical Verification Will Be Conducted For Npower Volunteers That Missed The Previous Verification

If you missed the previous Npower physical verification exercise due to one reason or another, the Npower management will conduct another Npower physical verification which will be done in batches, all Npower Batch C Volunteers are to check their Npower NASIMS deployment tab for updates, although when the next Npower physical verification commences it will be made known publicly.

This Npower physical verification will be conducted for Npower Batch C Volunteers that missed the previous Npower physical verification, the Npower physical verification is a prerequisite for stipend payment, if you missed the Npower physical verification even if you fall under the Npower graduate category or the Npower non graduate category you will not receive payment, the Npower physical verification is extremely important.

Npower: How To Fix Invalid Account Issue On NASIMS Portal

If on checking your Npower NASIMS payroll payment portal it displayed "Invalid Account" and you were not paid because of this issue, it simply means your account is placed on hold or probably there is a limit to the amount of credit your account can take at a time, please this is not a serious issue, this is just to control congestion during the payment process, and you will soon be credited.

Please if you are facing this issue and you have not been paid at all, you can visit your bank to pin point the exact issue, there might be a cap or limit placed on your account and there might be a transaction bottle neck somewhere, as said earlier this is not really an issue to worry about if you have been paid before.

Most times the payment system flags for invalid account when a suspicious transaction is noticed, just exercise patience and you will be paid.

Npower: Ignore Dashboard For Now If You Were Paid September You Will Be Paid

Please all Npower Batch C Volunteers have been advised to ignore payment issues on their Npower dashboard for now, and concentrate on their credit alert for now, what does this implies, it simply means that if you were paid for September you will definitely be paid, if you have not been paid at all, then this is a cause for concern, it is either your bank account number is incorrect or you have issues with names mismatch.

Names mismatch can drastically affect your payment, if two of your profile names matches your BVN names or account names then you will be paid, if your names do not match at all then, I am sorry you will not be paid until you supply the correct Npower NASIMS profile names to the Npower management team, for complains the Npower email remains support.npower@nasims.gov.ng or support@nasims.gov.ng.
