Npower Nexit training is a training conducted by Npower Nexit training coordinators nationwide, under this Npower Nexit training, Npower trainees will be lectured on how to set up a viable business and how to write a viable and feasible business plan, and after the Npower Nexit training, Npower trainees will be issued Nexit training certificates of completion and will be given soft loans to start their business of choice.

Although the first batch of the Npower NEXIT training have been completed, the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training is yet to commence and the reasons why the Npower Nexit training for the second batch have not started is stated below.

WHY NPOWER NEXIT TRAINING SECOND BATCH HAVE NOT STARTED 

The following below are reasons why the Npower Nexit training have not started.

1) The business plans of the first batch of the Npower NEXIT training were submitted late to the Central Bank of Nigeria because lots of Npower Nexit trainees in some states of the Federation had issues submitting their business plans.

2) The long periods taken by the Npower NEXIT training coordinators to adjust the loan amount stated in the business plans to suit the business of choice of the Npower NEXIT trainees.

3) Npower have not sent the list of the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training, once the list gets to the Npower Nexit training coordinators then the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training will start. Infact this is the main reason why the Npower NEXIT training for the second batch have not started.
