Npower: What To Do If Your Payroll Status Says "Transaction Does Not Exist"

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you were paid for September and on checking your payroll status it is displaying "transaction does not exist" please do not attempt to alter your account settings on Npower NASIMS dashboard, there is nothing wrong with your account.

The issue is from NIBSS Nigeria Inter Bank Settlement Scheme, the Npower Batch C Volunteer was paid but the process was reversed due to network issues, if you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you are experiencing the "transaction failed" or "transaction does not exist" issue, please just exercise patience as the issue will be resolved and you will be cleared for payment.

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you are yet to receive September payment, it simply means that your bank names does not match your Npower profile names, and your account number is not correct, simply contact NASIMS with all the correct information including your NASIMS ID to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng.

Npower: Brace Yourselves For November Payment

November payroll tab has been updated, all Npower Batch C Volunteers should start expecting November stipend real soon, if you have not been paid for October but your payment status displays processing please be rest assured you will be paid.

November payment has been approved and will commence extremely soon, even December stipend has been approved.

Npower NASIMS is adopting a sequential payment system in order to avoid bottlenecks and congestion in the Npower NASIMS payment system.

All Npower Batch C Volunteers will be paid just exercise patience, as long as all your names profile matches with your bank names especially your bank middle name you will be paid.

Any complain made to Npower should be made only once, please avoid repetition as this might delay your issue number and might place you on queue after queue and your issues might end up not getting treated.

Npower Did Not Tell Any Volunteer To Resign

Information online claims that Npower NASIMS is telling Npower volunteers to resign if they cannot cope with the fluctuations in the payment system, please this statement is false and does not hold water.

The resignation button is for Npower volunteers that wants to willingly exit from the programme, probably because they have gotten another job, and do not want to continue with the Npower program.

Any information saying that Npower is forcefully resigning Npower volunteers is not true.

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you were exited or resigned from the Npower program it simply means that your Npower login details was compromised and the fault is not from Npower but from the Npower volunteers themselves, most Npower volunteers do give sensitive information to cafe attendants, and many Npower volunteers forget logging out when using a public system, please if you login into the Npower NASIMS portal always endeavor to sign out after completing any task, this would prevent intruders from gaining access to your Npower NASIMS details and prevents someone who wants to sabotage you from gaining access to your details.
