The NCDMB Renaissance Oil Gas Training is a comprehensive 12-month capacity development programme designed specifically for graduates of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Instrumentation Engineering.

Participants will spend the first three months receiving intensive classroom-based technical instruction before proceeding to nine months of practical industrial attachment with selected oil and gas service companies across Nigeria. This combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on field experience is intended to produce highly skilled professionals who are ready to contribute immediately to industry operations.

Out of the 300 successful candidates selected through a competitive nationwide screening exercise, 240 trainees will receive their training in Lagos, while the remaining 60 participants will be based in Port Harcourt.
