If you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and you have been facing the "payment failed" and "no payment data" issue, please be delighted as the issue has been resolved and changed to pending which is the first stage of the payment process.
Please note if after checking your Npower NASIMS payroll tab and the change has not been effected please exercise patience as the issue is gradually being resolved and every NPower Batch C Volunteer will be paid.
Please if you have completed your Npower physical verification and when trying to upload your PPA letter it keeps popping up the message, "your date of birth does not match BVN", simply go to your bank and rectify the date of birth on your BVN credentials, and after doing that request for your BVN print out from your bank.
After collecting your BVN with the required date of birth rectified, send an email to NPower NASIMS, the body of your email should include your Npower ID, your issue (in this case just say "date of birth mismatch with BVN), attach the corrected age in your BVN print out, and your email address used for N-Power registration should also be forwarded.
All information should be sent to NPower NASIMS email address support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, please do not send more than one email, after sending your email always check your Npower NASIMS portal and keep uploading the PPA document to see if the error has been rectified.
Sometimes these errors popping up might result from a temporary network glitch or a technical error from Npower NASIMS back end.
Please if you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and you are having payment issues and your Npower ID was requested, please instead of supplying your Npower ID you can provide your email address you used for N-Power registration.
Report has it that lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers issues are pending because the wrong NPower ID was provided by the N-Power Batch C Volunteers when laying their complains.
The following are reasons why most Npower Batch C Volunteers were not paid
1) Most Npower Batch C Volunteers did not do the COMPULSORY physical verification exercise.(CHANGED FROM BENEFICIARY TO APPLICANT)
2) Most Npower Batch C Volunteers did physical verification exercise, but was not successful (PENDING)(CHANGED FROM BENEFICIARY TO APPLICANT)
3) Most Npower Batch C Volunteers provided wrong bank account details (ACCOUNT INVALIDATION)
4) Most Npower Batch C Volunteers did not supply their bank account details (ACCOUNT INVALIDATION)
5) Most Npower Batch C Volunteers did not provide their BVN (ACCOUNT INVALIDATION)
6) Most Npower Batch C Volunteers information did not match informations on other relevant documents especially their banking credentials.
Gathering of data is ongoing, if there is any information regarding alternative physical verification for those that missed the previous physical verification exercise, it shall be communicated across both privately and publicly.
Please if you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and you are having the payment failed issue on your payroll tab, all issues regarding payment will be treated today and it is an ongoing process.
Npower Batch C Volunteers might receive an acknowledgement or might not receive an acknowledgement if issues are being resolved.
Henceforth all Npower Batch C Volunteers are advised to keep checking their payroll status to observe if the payment resolution has been effected.
