Npower is aware that Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiaries have not gotten their August stipend. Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiaries should be rest assured that all pending payments will be reinitiated. Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiaries will get their payment.

According to Npower news 1st December 2022, all Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries will be paid soon. Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries that have uploaded their deployment letters on their Npower dashboard do not have to upload their deployment letters again to their Npower dashboard. Npower work nation test is not for Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries and will not affect their monthly stipends. Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries not yet posted to their places of primary assignment are to exercise patience and keep checking their Npower dashboard. Npower batch c stream 2 not selected as Npower beneficiaries did not complete their physical verification properly.

How To Fix All Npower Deployment Issues

Npower beneficiaries under the Npower graduate categories or non graduate categories Npower stream 2 that have not been posted yet to their places of primary assignment are to observe the following below.

1) As long as the Npower beneficiary has "beneficiary" displaying on his or her Npower dashboard the Npower beneficiary will be deployed, the Npower beneficiary should keep checking his or her deployment page on Npower dashboard.

2) The Npower beneficiary should send his or her Npower ID and complaint to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng for verification.

3) The Npower beneficiary can contact his or her state Npower focal person and inform the state Npower focal person that he or she has not been deployed yet.

4) The Npower beneficiary can send his or her Npower ID and complaint to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng and it will be checked by Npower technical team from the backend.

All redeployment processes are to be done through the state Npower focal person or through Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng, please note that the Npower beneficiary that wants to deploy to a closer ppa must obtain a stamped rejection letter from his or her place of primary assignment and complete the redeployment processes on his or her Npower dashboard.

How To Fix All Npower Payment Issues

Npower beneficiaries under the Npower Batch C stream 1 program and Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiaries under the Npower non graduate categories can fix their Npower payment issues by observing the following procedures below.

1) The Npower beneficiary with payment issues should send his or her Npower ID, NIN, BVN, screenshot of payment status of the affected month, stamped bank statement of account and affidavit to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng.

2) The Npower beneficiary should contact npower on WhatsApp number 07030859183 and send his or her Npower ID, NIN and BVN.

3) The Npower beneficiary should send his or her complaint, Npower ID, NIN and BVN to Npower Helpline at 0700688723.

4) The Npower beneficiary should send his or her complaint, Npower ID, NIN and BVN to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.

All Npower beneficiaries under the non graduate categories are to contact their training officials or send their complaint, certificate of completion and Npower ID to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng for verification 

Npower beneficiaries with payment issues that have done the above are not to keep sending messages repeatedly as this will delay the payment reinitiation process and make the Npower beneficiaries' payment issues to remain at pending status on the Npower dashboard.
