3) The Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiary with the paused payment status on his or her Npower portal, should provide Npower with the correct account information, NIN and BVN through direct message to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.
After providing all the necessary account information the Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiary should not send the same message over and over again as this will delay the backlog payment reinitiation process.
