1. Make sure job deliverables are correct and delivered promptly
2. Implement service delivery to the customer
3. Engage in job risk analysis and continual enhancement programs
4. Engage in Service Quality Meetings with customers and enhance performance using action plans
5. Engage in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality initiatives
6. Observe the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies of Schlumberger
7. Maintain the needed safety training
8. Offer support to the Job Delivery Lead and Service Delivery Managers
Requirements for the Position of a Field Specialist Trainee Schlumberger

1. Have HND in Engineering or equivalent
2. Have completed NYSC
3. Be fresh graduates
4. Have good hands-on electronics or mechanical background
5. Be able to comply with policies including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards and procedures of Schlumberger
6. Be client, service quality and performance focused
7. Have the ability to learn quickly and translate learning into practical solutions
