3) Only Npower batch a and Npower batch b beneficiaries that have the Npower NEXIT training certificate will be given the Npower NEXIT soft loan.

4) Npower NEXIT soft loan exit package will be disbursed after the second batch of Npower Nexit training must have been concluded.

5) Npower batch a and Npower batch b beneficiaries that did not confirm their availability for the Npower NEXIT training by dialing the USSD code *45665# will not be shortlisted for the Npower NEXIT training.

6) Npower batch a and Npower batch b beneficiaries that were not shortlisted for the Npower NEXIT training after dialing the nexit ussd code *45665# will not be invited for the Npower NEXIT training programme.

7) Npower NEXIT soft loan will only be disbursed after the business plans of the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training must have been submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria.
