Why An Npower Beneficiary Was Not Paid His or Her Npower Monthly Stipend And How To Fix Npower Payment Issues

WHY AN NPOWER BENEFICIARY WAS NOT PAID HIS OR HER MONTHLY STIPEND 

An Npower beneficiary might not be paid his or her monthly stipend and might be wondering what exactly the issue is, below highlights few reasons why an Npower beneficiary was not paid the Npower monthly stipend.

1) NAMES MISMATCH ISSUES: If an Npower beneficiary's name on the Npower portal does not tally with his or her banking informations the Npower beneficiary will not be paid his or her monthly stipend, the Npower beneficiary's name on the Npower portal must include his or her middle name and the Npower beneficiary's bank account names must also include the middle name of the Npower beneficiary, for example if the Npower beneficiary's name on the Npower portal is Jane Doe Ann, (Doe being the middle name), the Npower beneficiary's bank account names must be Jane Doe Ann or Ann Doe Jane, you can see that the middle name is the same regardless of the position of the first and last name, this should be the case in order to get paid.

2) BLANK NPOWER PAYROLL: Blank npower payroll, this is another reason why the Npower beneficiary was not paid the Npower monthly stipend, blank Npower payroll status occurs due to network glitches most times.

3) NPOWER SYSTEM ERROR: Npower system error is a major reason why an Npower beneficiary might not be paid his or her monthly stipend, during this period Npower beneficiaries might begin to see the following error messages on their payment status;

A) Transaction unsuccessful

B) Payment failed

C) Transaction failed

D) Transfer unsuccessful

and so on.

4) FAILURE TO REPORT TO PLACE OF PRIMARY ASSIGNMENT: This is another reason why an Npower beneficiary might not be paid his or her monthly stipend, if an Npower beneficiary was reported to have absconded from his or her place of primary assignment, the Npower beneficiary's supervisor might submit his or her name to the relevant departments and the Npower beneficiary's payment might be placed on hold.

5) WRONG BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER: Failure to provide the right bank account number during the Npower preregistration exercise might result to Npower monthly payment issues.

6) WRONG BVN NUMBER: An Npower beneficiary supplying the wrong BVN number during the Npower preregistration might negatively affect payment of Npower monthly stipend to the Npower beneficiary's bank account.
