A. i) For a state to participate in the conditional cash transfer programme the state has to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
ii) The state has to adopt the Programme Implementation Manual (PIM).

iv) The state has to establish State Cash Transfer Unit (SCTU).
v) The state has to establish Desk Offices (DOs) in local government secretariats.

A. States and LGAs will receive financial and technical support from the Federal Government of Nigeria to carry out their duties. The State Government will provide personnel and logistics support. credentials.
