NPower: Lawmakers Warned Sadiya Not To Provoke NPower Volunteers With Disengagement NTA NEWS

There may be a reverse in the disengagement plan already carried out by the Office of Umar Sadiya Farouq.

The present Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development has disengaged NPower Batch A and B

But the Senate is crystal clear and aware of the plight of NPower volunteers.

Both the House of Representative and Senate have shown interest in NPower issues, both houses have summoned the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development Sadiya Umar Farouq on issues hindering the growth of the NPower scheme.

Federal Government Extends NPower Batch C Recruitment Online Application By 2 Weeks

The Federal Government has extended the NPower Batch C online application by 2 weeks. The online application process, which began on Friday, June 26, 2020, was to have ended Sunday, July 26, 2020.

The extension is to afford everyone an opportunity to apply online and take into cognizance challenges some people might have encountered in gaining access to the NPower registration portal which has seen a record number of over five million applications.

However, in a statement, late Sunday night, signed by Deputy Director Information, Rhoda Ishaku Iliya, the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development stated that the extension has become necessary to provide an equitable and level playing field to all eligible applicants.
