What To Take To Your Physical Verification Venue

The following below are documents to take to your physical verification venue, both originals and photocopies, the originals will be sighted and given back to you, while a copy will be filed for documentation purposes.

CATEGORY 1

Documents that shows date of birth, which includes any one of the following below:

A) Birth Certificate

B) Baptismal Card

C) Affidavit of Age Declaration

D) Valid Photo ID which includes any of the following:

1) National Identity Card

2) Bio Data Page of International Passport

3) Voter's Card

4) Driver's Licence

CATEGORY 2 

Document showing proof of address of residence, which includes any one of the following below:

A) National Identity Card showing your address of residence 

B) Utility Bill which includes any of the following:

1) Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) Bill

2) Nigeria Water Corporation Bill

3) Waste Bill 

4) Voter's Card capturing your residential address

5) General knowledge of local area of residence 

CATEGORY 3

Documents that shows your academic qualification, which includes any of the following:

A) Bachelor's Degree, Statement of Result or Transcript

B) Ordinary National Diploma (OND) certificate, Statement of Result or Transcript

C) Higher National Diploma (HND) certificate, Statement of Result or Transcript

D) National Certificate In Education (NCE), Statement of Result or Transcript

CATEGORY 4

National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) documents which includes the following:

A) NYSC Certificate or Discharge Certificate

B) NYSC Exemption documents 

CATEGORY 5

A) Npower Profile page showing your Npower ID NPWR/2022/XXXXXXXX

What Time You Are To Get To Your Physical Verification Venue

Physical verification will start officially tomorrow, but it is observed that Npower did not really fix the time the Npower applicants are to arrive at the physical verification venue, if you are an Npower applicant and you have been selected for the physical verification, please ensure to be at your physical verification venue latest before 9am.

Physical verification attracts lots of Npower applicants and it really pays to get to your physical verification venue on time at least to be the first to be attended to so that you can complete your physical verification on time.

Npower applicants that have not seen their physical verification venue either by dialing the nasims ussd code *45665# or by checking the verification page of their nasims self service portal are advised to check back later today and their physical verification venue will be displayed. 

Npower Physical Verification: What To Do When You Receive The Message "Unable To Retrieve Physical Verification Center"

Npower applicants attempting to check their physical verification venue by dialing the nasims ussd code *45665# and keep receiving the message below;

"Unable to retrieve Physical Verification Center please send an email to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng."

Should dial the nasims ussd code tomorrow evening and you will be able to see your physical verification venue, as we speak the physical verification venue is being uploaded and it will be fully completed by tomorrow, Npower applicants that have the "fingerprint captured ✓" icon at their verification page, should note that they have been selected for the physical verification and by tomorrow the physical verification venue will be displayed.

When The Npower NEXIT Training Will Commence

According to Npower in a response made to an inquiry by an exited Npower volunteer by the name Alimi.

Npower have said and I quote "Hello Alimi, the second batch of the NEXIT training will certainly be announce soon. It is a process, keep calm. Thank you."

Exited Npower volunteers should be patient as the Npower NEXIT training list have not been sent to the NEXIT coordinators nationwide, the Npower NEXIT training will start when this list is received by the NEXIT training coordinators, and once the Npower NEXIT training starts it will be announced publicly on all Npower verified social handles.

What To Do If Your Physical Verification Venue Does Not Come Up

Some Npower applicants that have been either using their nasims self service portal or the nasims ussd code *45665# to check their physical verification venue, have been noticing that it does not come up, infact some messages displays that the Npower applicant should check back later see image below.

Please if you are facing this issue all you have to do is to check back tomorrow, as we speak the physical verification venues are still being uploaded into the nasims self service portal, so Npower applicants that have successfully completed their biometrics are to exercise patience and check back again tomorrow either using their nasims self service portal or the nasims ussd code *45665#. 

How To Check Your Physical Verification Venue

As the physical verification begins on Tuesday 14th June and ends on Saturday 25th June, Npower applicants can check if they have been shortlisted by following the procedures below.

HOW TO CHECK YOUR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION VENUE USING NASIMS SELF SERVICE PORTAL

1) The Npower applicant should login into the nasims self service portal at https://nasims.gov.ng

2) The Npower applicant should kindly login with his or her Npower email/Application ID and password. 

3) After login in successfully into the nasims self service portal, the Npower applicant should click on the “Verification” tab

4) After clicking on the "verification" tab, you will see the “fingerprint captured” ✓ at the bottom of the verification page, scroll down a bit and you will see your physical verification venue, and your physical verification status, at the moment all Npower applicants' physical verification status is still under "pending" until after the Npower applicant have been verified. 

HOW TO CHECK YOUR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION VENUE USING NASIMS USSD CODE *45665# 

1) The Npower applicant should dial *45665#

2) After dialling*45665# a welcome message will come up saying "Welcome to NSIP Service, Choose Programme -

1. N-Power

2. NEXIT

3. CCT

4. HGSFP

5. S4J

6. Cancel

3) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should press "Answer" using the left call button, then enter 1 which is N-Power then press send

4) After completing the above task, another message will come up saying " Welcome to N-Power Information Service Please Enter your BVN Or Registered Mobile No, the Npower applicant should enter either his or her BVN or Npower phone number

5) After the Npower applicant have entered his or her number a message will come up saying "This service costs ₦30.00"

1.Yes 

2. No

press "Answer" then enter 1, then press send, if you are shortlisted, repeat the above process and select the option for "physical verification" to check your physical verification venue.

If after carrying out the above steps and you have not seen your physical verification venue, all you have to do is to check back tomorrow.

Npower Physical Verification Starts Officially On Tuesday 14th June To Saturday 25th June, 2022

The long awaited physical verification officially commences on Tuesday 14th June, 2022 and will officially end on Saturday 25th June, the entire physical verification exercise will last for two weeks.

Npower applicants are hereby advised to login their nasims self service portal and click on the verification tab of their nasims portal, if you are selected, your physical verification venue will be displayed under the "fingerprint captured ✓" green icon at the bottom of the verification page on nasims self service portal.

Npower Applicants without data or smart phones can also use the NASIMS ussd code*45665# and follow the instructions to check their physical verification status if you are selected your physical verification centre will be displayed, if you are not selected you will be informed as well but your physical verification centre will not be displayed.

At the moment your physical verification status on your physical verification page will display "pending" until your physical verification is completed.
