Npower January Payment: Kindly provide an authorised letter from your bank in respect to the closing of your account - Npower

If you are an Npower Batch C stream 1 volunteer and your bank account was closed by the Central Bank of Nigeria recently and this has prevented you from receiving your Npower January payment as well as other payments, please get a letter from your bank, letter must be stamped and signed, then attach letter, your Npower ID, your new bank account details and other banking documents such as BVN print out and send to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, failure to do this will cause all payments made to your account by Npower to become failed payments.

Npower told an affected Npower Batch C stream 1 volunteer exactly what to do when faced with similar situation, see conversations below;

"Dear Npower. The account i used for receiving npower payment has been closed down by CBN. How can I change my account to other bank? I can no longer recieve payment on the account i have on my dashboard."

NEXIT: Please note that the next batch of Nexit training will be communicated in due time - Npower

Npower in an open conversation (see chat below) have made a response regarding the second batch of the Npower NEXIT soft loan training program, in a reply to an Npower volunteer's question, Npower have said that the next batch of the Npower NEXIT soft loan training will be communicated in due time and all Npower volunteers should stay tuned to her verified handles.

What this statement simply means is that the date for the second batch of the Npower NEXIT soft loan training is yet to be fixed, why this is so is simply because, the documentations, and verification of the business plan have not been completed.

After the Npower volunteers have filled the necessary details of the business plan, it will be adjusted by the Npower NEXIT training officials before it is sent to the appropriate financial institutions.

Furthermore some states Npower Volunteers are yet to complete their business plans because they are yet to receive their business plan template from Npower NEXIT training officers, more reason for the delay of the second batch of the Npower NEXIT soft loan training program, because the second batch of the Npower NEXIT soft loan training program cannot start until all the business plan of the first batch have all been submitted.

Npower January Payment: 'Processing' has to become 'failed' payment before it can be resolved

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and your Npower January payment is still on 'processing' please your payment status needs to become 'failed' before it can be resolved, once the Npower January payment becomes failed, then once payment is restarted you will be paid.

As we speak Npower January payment is still ongoing, and you will still be paid provided your payment status is on processing but if otherwise, once payment is re-initiated you will be paid.

This statement was made by Npower in response to a question from an Npower Batch C stream 1 volunteer that is yet to be paid, see conversations below between the Npower Batch C stream 1 volunteer and Npower 

"Good day Npower, please kindly pay January stipend. Payment is ongoing, and mine has been on processing for three weeks now. This is my number- NPWR/2020/004308178. PLEASE PAY ME."

"Hello Joy Robinson, we sincerely regret the delay in the payment of your stipend, but we can not intervene now that your payment is still processing, we can only, work on it when it fails.

Thank you for contacting us."

Npower batch c stream 2: No date for Physical Verification - Npower

Npower have said that (see statement below) there is no date yet for the Npower physical verification, the Npower physical verification will commence after the biometrics restarts, as we speak the biometrics is on hold and has to be re-initiated before the physical verification can start, before the Npower physical verification starts, Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers will be notified through their NASIMS profile verification page.

The Nasims profile verification page always gives updated information concerning the biometrics and Npower physical verification, all Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers have been advised to exercise patience and continue to check their NASIMS profile, once biometrics resumes fully then physical verification will start after biometrics is completed.

During the Npower physical verification exercise all the documents uploaded to the Npower NASIMS dashboard will be required at the Npower physical verification center.

NEXIT: The second batch of the Npower Nexit training will be communicated in due time, receiving of soft loans also will be communicated - Npower

Npower have made an open statement regarding the current situation of the Npower NEXIT training program, Npower said that the second batch of the Npower NEXIT soft loan training program will be communicated in due time through the NEXIT training invitation message that will be sent to shortlisted exited Npower volunteers.

Furthermore in relation to the soft loan disbursement, Npower have said that the soft loan disbursement will be communicated and done through the Npower NEXIT training consultants, and will be disbursed after the business proposals must have been completed and submitted to Central Bank of Nigeria through NIRSAL Micro Finance Bank.
