Responsibilities of CHI Limited Graduate Trainee

CHI Limited Graduate Trainee will:

1. Drive territory sales performance across the assigned territory

2. Manage and support distributor and field sales teams

3. Ensure product availability, visibility, and distribution coverage

4. Perform daily field visits and structured performance reviews

5. Coach and support sales representatives in the field

6. Track competitor activity and market trends

7. Use digital sales tools to monitor execution and performance

8. Work Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturday requirements). Saturdays are for essential business activities, which may include last-mile reconciliation, field operations, inventory management, or alignment meetings/trainings

Field activities may start as early as 7:30 AM, and approximately 80% - 90% of your work week will be spent within your assigned territory rather than behind a desk.

Responsibilities of Ngcom Network Solutions Graduate Trainee will:

1. Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber-optic networks

2. Learn and support fiber cable splicing, termination, and testing

3. Assist technicians with fiber optic cable laying, routing, and connections

4. Perform basic fiber testing using tools such as OTDR and power meters

5. Identify and troubleshoot basic fiber connectivity and network faults

6. Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber infrastructure

7. Follow safety procedures and technical standards during field operations

8. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities

9. Collaborate with senior fiber engineers and technicians on assigned projects

10. Perform other technical duties assigned by the supervisor
