Responsibilities of Cardinal Stone Graduate Trainee
Cardinal Stone Graduate Trainee will:
1. Advise clients on investment portfolios as well as offer personalized investment strategies and develop long-term relationships to help clients attain their financial objectives
2. Market the products of Cardinal Stone, proffering alternative investments and products within the group in a bid to increase Assets under Management (AUM), while also driving the customer acquisition goal of Cardinal Stone
3. Consistently manage and nurture existing client relationships to enhance repeat business and retention through our end-to-end financial services
4. Develop ‘new-to-firm’ business by actively prospecting through new and existing client relationships
5. Follow market trends and stock movements and recommend alternative business strategies to address changing market opportunities
Requirements for Cardinal Stone Graduate Trainee Program

1. Have one to three year’s experience in a client-facing/sales position
2. Have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honors (Upper Division)
