How To Check If Your Name Is On The Npower List

Npower applicants can check if their name is on the Npower list for physical verification either by using the nasims portal or by dialing the nasims ussd code*45665#, by following the steps below.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE NPOWER LIST FOR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION USING NASIMS SELF SERVICE PORTAL 

1) The Npower applicant should login into the nasims self service portal https://nasims.gov.ng using his or her Npower email or Npower ID and password.

2) After login into your nasims self service profile, click on the verification tab it take you straight to the verification page, scroll down the page at the bottom just immediately after the "fingerprint captured ✓" green icon, once you can see your physical verification venue then automatically your name is on the Npower list for physical verification and you have been shortlisted for physical verification.

3) The Npower applicant should proceed to the physical verification venue with all originals and photocopies of documents and credentials uploaded to the nasims self service portal.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE NPOWER LIST FOR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION USING NASIMS USSD CODE *45665# 

1) The Npower applicant should dial *45665# from any mobile network; Etisalat, Glo, Airtel, MTN.

2) After dialling the nasims ussd code *45665# a welcome message will pop up on your phone screen saying "Welcome to NSIP Service Choose Programme -

1. N-Power

2. NEXIT

3.CCT

4. HGSFP

5. S4J

6. Cancel"

3) Select "Answer" then press 1 then "send".

4) After completing the above task another message will pop up on your phone screen saying " Welcome to N-Power Information Service. Please Enter your BVN or Registered Mobile Number.

5) Press "Answer" then enter your BVN, then press "Send".

6) After doing this a message will appear saying "To complete the request please authorize the charge of ₦30:00.

7) Press "Answer".

8) Press 1 to send.

9) A message will pop up saying "Thank you."

10) Wait for few seconds to receive your text message.

11) Press "show" to open the message, it will display the message below:

 "CONGRATULATIONS! You have been selected for N-Power Batch C, Stream II".

12) Repeat the above procedures again but this time select number 0 for more options and follow the instructions then choose "physical verification" once your physical verification venue displays then it simply means that your name is already on the Npower list for physical verification.

When April Stipend Will Be Paid

According to Npower the April stipend will be initiated duly, this was a statement made by Npower in response to an inquiry made by an Npower volunteer when the Npower volunteer asked a question concerning the April stipend, see the Npower volunteer's question below and Npower's response after the question was raised.

"What has payment not yet been made for the batch C1 beneficiary? April salary hasnt been paid .It is unfair how the N-power treats its beneficiaries acorss the federation when it comes paying beneficiaries."

"Hello Babatunde,

We apologize for the delayed stipends please.

Payments would be initiated duly.

This statement by Npower simply means that the April stipend will be paid at the appropriate time, the only reason why the April stipend for the graduate category have not been paid is simply because of payment issues encountered by other Npower volunteers, when a considerable amount of payment issues are resolved and payments re-initiated then the initiation of the April stipend will start, Npower is trying to clear all bottlenecks in the payment system in order to allow for a hitch free payment once these bottlenecks are cleared on the payment system then the April stipend will commence.

April stipend for the non graduate category had already been initiated and Npower volunteers have started receiving payments into their bank account, April stipend for the graduate category will definitely commence, Npower volunteers are implored to exercise patience and continue to check their payment status under the payroll tab for payment updates.

Npower NEXIT Update: When The Next Batch Of The NEXIT Training Will Start And When The NEXIT Soft Loan Will Be Disbursed

According to Npower the next batch of the Npower NEXIT training and the NEXIT soft loan disbursement will be duly communicated publicly on all Npower verified social handles, Npower have apologized for the delay in the commencement of the second batch of the NEXIT training and have also apologized for the delay in the disbursement of the soft loan to Npower volunteers that have completed their NEXIT training, Npower made this known when series of inquires were made concerning the NEXIT programme, see statement below;

Further directives would be disseminated via our verified social media platforms.

We apologize for the delay.

Npower volunteers that have completed their NEXIT training and are expecting their soft loans are to wait for the second batch of the NEXIT training to be completed before the soft loans are given to all the Npower volunteers, the soft loan cannot be disbursed yet until all NEXIT trainings have been completed and all business plans submitted to the financial institutions that is the Central Bank of Nigeria and NIRSAL Microfinance Bank the banks in charge of the soft loan disbursement.

What To Do If Your Physical Verification Venue Is Not Showing On Your NASIMS Profile

Npower applicants that cannot find their physical verification venue, that is instead of the physical verification venue showing under the "fingerprint captured ✓" nothing is showing, (see image below) after login into their profile on the nasims self service portal, are to check back later today possibly at night as the portal has been duly updated, and your physical verification venue will be displayed.

Npower is still uploading the physical verification venue on the profile of Npower applicants, as long as you have completed your biometrics your physical verification venue will appear on the verification page of your nasims profile just exercise patience and keep checking before the day runs out it will be displayed.

Npower applicants should know that the physical verification will last for two weeks so even if you cannot make it tomorrow you still have about 13 days excluding weekends to complete your physical verification exercise.

What To Do If You Cannot Locate Your Physical Verification Venue After Dialing The Npower NASIMS Code *45665#

If after dialing the Npower NASIMS code *45665# you were unable to locate your physical verification venue, that means after dialing the Npower NASIMS ussd code nothing displayed regarding your physical verification venue, all you have to do is to check back much later today, possibly in the night.

Npower applicants having issues accessing their physical verification venue according to Npower, Npower applicants have been advised to dial the nasims ussd code*45665# much later in the day in order to gain access to their physical verification venue.

When The Second Batch Of The Npower NEXIT Training Will Start

According to Npower the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training will commence at the appropriate time, this answer was given by Npower to a question raised by an Npower volunteer and I quote; 

"Hello Muhammad, the second batch of the NEXIT training will commence at the appropriate time. We will duly notify the general public when it is time. Thank you.

N-power!"

Npower volunteers will be notified publicly on all Npower verified social handles when before the Npower NEXIT training starts, as earlier said, the Npower NEXIT training for the second batch will start only when the Npower Coordinators nationwide have received the list of Npower volunteers scheduled for the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training.
