Npower applicants can check if their name is on the the list of successful applicants Npower list by using the nasims portal or by dialing the nasims ussd code *45665#.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE NPOWER LIST OF SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS 2020 USING NASIMS SELF SERVICE PORTAL 

1) The Npower applicant should login into the nasims self service portal https://nasims.gov.ng using his or her Npower email or Npower ID and password.

2) After login into your nasims self service profile on your profile under your Npower category you should see "shortlisted" highlighted in green.

3) Click on the verification tab it take you straight to the verification page, scroll down the page at the bottom just immediately after the "fingerprint captured ✓" green icon, once you can see your physical verification venue then automatically your name is on the Npower list of successful applicants 2020 and you have been shortlisted for physical verification.

4) The Npower applicant should proceed to the physical verification venue with all originals and photocopies of documents and credentials uploaded to the nasims self service portal.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE NPOWER LIST OF SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS 2020 USING NASIMS USSD CODE *45665# 

1) The Npower applicant should dial *45665# from any mobile network; Etisalat, Glo, Airtel, MTN.

2) After dialling the nasims ussd code *45665# a welcome message will pop up on your phone screen saying "Welcome to NSIP Service Choose Programme -

1. N-Power

2. NEXIT

3.CCT

4. HGSFP

5. S4J

6. Cancel"

3) Select "Answer" then press 1 then "send".

4) After completing the above task another message will pop up on your phone screen saying " Welcome to N-Power Information Service. Please Enter your BVN or Registered Mobile Number.

5) Press "Answer" then enter your BVN, then press "Send".

6) After doing this a message will appear saying "To complete the request please authorize the charge of ₦30:00.

7) Press "Answer".

8) Press 1 to send.

9) A message will pop up saying "Thank you."

10) Wait for few seconds to receive your text message.

11) Press "show" to open the message, it will display the message below:

 "CONGRATULATIONS! You have been selected for N-Power Batch C, Stream II".

12) Repeat the above procedures again but this time select number 0 for more options and follow the instructions then choose "physical verification" once your physical verification venue displays then it simply means that your name is on the Npower list of successful applicants 2020 for physical verification.

13) The Npower applicant should proceed to the physical verification venue with all originals and photocopies of documents and credentials uploaded to the nasims self service portal.

What To Do If Your Physical Verification Venue Is Different From Your Local Government Area Of Residence

According to Npower "If the place assigned to you for physical verification is different from your local government of resident, please send your Npower ID for verification."

For instance you reside in Amuwo Odofin Lagos State and your physical verification venue is at Sagamu Ogun State and this physical verification venue is outside your local government area of residence and extremely far from you, please you are advised to send your Npower ID to Npower on Facebook via the link below.

How To Login Into NASIMS To Check If You Have Been Shortlisted

Npower applicants can check if they have been shortlisted either for the Biometrics screening and also to check if they have been shortlisted for the Npower physical verification exercise, follow the procedures below to check if you have been shortlisted for the biometric screening process and if you have been shortlisted or preselected for the Npower physical verification exercise respectively.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOU HAVE BEEN SHORTLISTED FOR BIOMETRICS ON THE NASIMS SELF SERVICE PORTAL 

 1) The Npower applicant should login into the nasims self service portal https://nasims.gov.ng 

2) The Npower applicant should click on the verification tab at the header of the nasims self service portal

3) After clicking on the verification tab scroll down you will see this message "Congrats on passing the screening phase. We just want to verify some of your details and you will be good to go. If you feel you missed out on any important detail during the application phase, kindly send an email to our support team via support.npower@nasims.gov.ng" under this message you will see "capture your fingerprint" please rush to the cyber cafe and complete your biometrics before 25th June if you see the above message.

4) After completing your biometrics repeat the above steps then scroll down your verification page you will see your physical verification venue, immediately after "fingerprint captured ✓" icon, that is if your biometrics was successfully captured.

5) The Npower applicant should go to his or her physical verification venue with both original and copies of all documents uploaded to the nasims self service portal.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOU HAVE BEEN SHORTLISTED FOR NPOWER PHYSICAL VERIFICATION ON THE NASIMS SELF SERVICE PORTAL 

1) The Npower applicant should login into the nasims self service portal https://nasims.gov.ng 

2) The Npower applicant should click on the verification tab at the header of the nasims self service portal

3) After clicking on the verification tab scroll down you will see this message "Congrats on passing the screening phase. We just want to verify some of your details and you will be good to go. If you feel you missed out on any important detail during the application phase, kindly send an email to our support team via support.npower@nasims.gov.ng" under this message you will see "fingerprint captured ✓" green icon under this you will see your physical verification venue, once you see this message it means you have been selected for the Npower physical verification exercise.

4) The Npower applicant should go to his or her physical verification venue to complete his or her physical verification exercise.

5) After completing your physical verification, repeat the above procedures, under the physical verification venue, that is under the physical verification status you will see "pass" it means that you have passed the Npower physical verification exercise.

6) The Npower applicant should check his or her deployment page on the nasims self service portal.

How To Check If You Passed The Npower Physical Verification Exercise

Without the Npower physical verification you cannot progress to the deployment stage which is the next stage of the screening process, most Npower applicants that have completed their physical verification do not know if they passed the physical verification or not, the Npower applicant should follow the steps below to check if he or she passes the Npower physical verification exercise.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOU PASSED THE NPOWER PHYSICAL VERIFICATION EXERCISE

1) The Npower applicant should login into the nasims self service portal https://nasims.gov.ng with his or her Npower ID and password

2) After login into the nasims self service portal, the Npower applicant should click on the verification tab

3) After clicking on the verification tab, scroll down to the bottom of the verification page, immediately after the physical verification venue, under Physical Verification status you will see "pass", once you see this it simply means that you have passed the Npower physical verification exercise and you are good to go to the deployment stage, for now details concerning the deployment stage is being uploaded, once it is fully ready all Npower applicants will be notified publicly through the nasims self service portal and on all Npower social media handles.

When The NASIMS Biometrics Will Close

The nasims biometrics will officially end once the Npower physical verification closes on the 25th of June, once the Npower physical verification closes, the Npower applicant cannot carry out the Npower biometrics anymore and the Npower applicant automatically exits the Npower programme.

Npower applicants that have not completed their biometrics are to quickly hurry up to the nearest cyber cafe and complete their biometrics so that they can join the physical verification exercise, the physical verification venue is located on the verification page of the nasims self service portal, the physical verification venue can also be located by dialling the nasims ussd code *45665# and selecting other options by pressing 0 and choosing physical verification.

Who A Beneficiary Is

A beneficiary otherwise known as an Npower beneficiary is an Npower volunteer that is under the Npower payroll after completing all the screening stages below, if the Npower volunteer have not completed these stages below he or she remains an Npower Applicant.

STAGES AN NPOWER APPLICANT MUST UNDERGO BEFORE BECOMING A BENEFICIARY 

A) Shortlisting Stage: This is the stage whereby the Npower applicant is shortlisted after writing the Npower test online at this stage the Npower applicant is not yet a beneficiary.

B) Biometrics Stage: This is the screening stage in which the fingerprint details of the Npower applicant is captured using the Npower NASIMS biometrics enrollment client software and a fingerprint image scanner, after passing this stage the Npower applicant is not yet a beneficiary.

C) Physical Verification Stage: This is the next screening stage after the Biometrics stage, at this stage all documents and credentials both originals and photocopies are checked by Npower physical verification officers at the physical verification venue, if all documents presented by the Npower applicant matches then the Npower applicant progresses to the deployment stage.

D) Deployment Stage: This is the last stage of the screening process after the physical verification, under this stage the Npower applicant is required to download and print out an acceptance letter and take this letter to his or her place of primary assignment, this acceptance letter is signed and stamped by an assigned supervisor, after this acceptance letter is signed, this acceptance letter otherwise known as deployment letter is to be uploaded back to the deployment page of the nasims self service portal, it is after this acceptance letter is uploaded that the Npower applicant now becomes an Npower beneficiary and is automatically added to the payroll and his or her payment status is updated and the beneficiary can start receiving payments into his or her bank account.

Where To Go If You Cannot Find Your Physical Verification Venue

If after checking your nasims profile under the verification page and you cannot locate your physical verification venue and even after using the nasims ussd code*45665# you still cannot find your physical verification venue, simply go to the nearest local government secretariats at your place of residence and check if your name is there.

Npower applicants that missed the physical verification last year are to join the current batch and complete their physical verification exercise, the physical verification will end on the 25th of June, 2022.
