How to fix "February payment not reflecting on nasims payroll tab" issue

If you are an Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer and after clicking your payroll status your payment status did not display the month of February at all, you were paid for September, October, November, December and January, but you observed that your February payment status did not reflect at all on your nasims payroll payment status, (see attached screenshot below) and due to this issue you have not been paid, although this might be a network system error from Npower, but nonetheless the Npower Batch C stream 1 volunteer should adopt the procedures below to fix this issue.

1) Visit nasims.gov.ng 

2) Click on "payroll" tab it will take you to your payment status.

3) Screenshot your payroll payment status, it will be stored automatically in your picture gallery.

If you do not have the Instagram application download the Instagram application from Google play store:

A) Click on the Google play store application.

B) Once the Google play store application opens you can either use the 🔍 search field, and type "Instagram" or scroll through the left under "Popular apps" and you will see "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*".

C) Click on the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*", click on install

D) Wait for the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*" to install then click on "open"

E) Once it opens sign up using your phone number or email address and generate a password, you might be required to check your email address for the confirmation link, once the confirmation link is sent, click on it to redirect you back to the "Instagram Lite app".

F) Sign in or login whichever the case may be.

G) When you login in you will see an icon on the footer of the page, the icon resembles a magnifying glass icon 🔍 click on it.

H) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says search 🔍, enter Npower_ng into this search field, then click on "message" button, when you click on the "message" button all you have to do is compose and lodge a complaint, a brief message, simply say "February payment not reflecting on payroll payment status and I have not been paid", attach the screenshot of your payroll payment status that was earlier stored at the picture gallery and type your Npower verification ID and click on "send".

Once sent please do not send another message, your complain has been received and is being processed by Npower, once treated you will be notified through Instagram or your email, always check your email inbox and Instagram notifications for feedback from Npower.

How to check when the next batch of the nexit training will start

Npower in an earlier statement have informed exited Npower Batches A and B volunteers that regarding issues concerning the next batch of the nexit training, Npower volunteers should contact their state nexit training coordinators, but the issue is that it is not all Npower volunteers that have access to the phone numbers of these state nexit training coordinators, please follow the steps below to communicate with your state nexit coordinators to find out when the next batch of the nexit training will commence.

A) Scroll through the list of state nexit training centers across the Federation below

B) Call any of the numbers below, the nexit training coordinators will inform on the estimated time when the next batch will commence.

C) Avoid long conversations when you call, just say " I want to find out when the next batch of the nexit training program will commence?" And that is all.

How to fix "processing" payment issues on nasims

If you are an Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer and after clicking your payroll status your payment status displays "processing" for an affected month either January or February, please follow the steps and tips below to fix your "processing" payment issue on nasims

HOW TO FIX "PROCESSING" PAYMENT ISSUES ON NASIMS

1) Visit nasims.gov.ng 

2) Click on "payroll" tab it will take you to your payment status

3) If your payment status is "processing" you have to keep monitoring it until it becomes "failed".

4) Once it becomes "failed" follow the next steps below.

If you do not have the Instagram application download the Instagram application from Google play store:

H) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says search 🔍, enter Npower_ng into this search field, then click on "message" button, when you click on the "message" button all you have to do is compose and lodge a complaint, a brief message, simply say "processing to failed payment issue", attach your "failed" payment status from nasims, and type your Npower verification ID and click on "send".

Your complaint will be received and worked on, and payment will be re-initiated and you be paid.

Please note, there is nothing that can be done by Npower, when your payment status is under "processing" infact Npower has no control over your payment once it is under "processing", it has to become "failed" before your payment issue is treated and when payment restarts your stipend for the affected month will be credited into your bank account.

How to fix payment issues using Npower email address

If you are an Npower volunteer under the Npower batch c stream 1 and on clicking the payroll tab on nasims, under the payment status you noticed that your payment status says "failed" for a particular month and you were not paid, and the reason was due to any of the following to mention a few; 

A) transfer not successful

B) invalid account

C) transaction does not exists

D) transaction destination not found

E) failed payment

F) transaction failed

G) invalid transaction

H) No action taken

I) Beneficiary bank not available

J) No payment data available

K) Names Mismatch

L) Time Out Waiting For Response From destination

Kindly follow the procedures below to fix and resolve your payment issues

HOW TO FIX PAYMENT ISSUES USING NPOWER EMAIL ADDRESS 

1) The Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer should click on the Gmail app to lunch the Gmail app, the Gmail app can be downloaded from Google play store just do a search for "Gmail" and register by creating a username and a password, and login into the Gmail app, you might be required to confirm your password link through the email address you generated, but if you already have the Gmail app you can skip the registration and sign up aspect.

2) After lunching the Gmail app click on "compose" at the bottom right corner of the Gmail page.

3) After clicking on compose you are redirected to the compose page where you are to type your message, at the "from" field put your email address and at the "to" field input Npower email address support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, the subject should be "February Failed Payment Issue" at the compose mail part simply type "My name is ABC XYZ, an Npower volunteer under N-Teach category stream 1, my Npower ID is NPWR/2020/XXXXXXXX my payment status for February shows "failed" reason, INVALID ACCOUNT, i have not been paid.

Thanks and God bless."

4) After composing the email attach the screenshot of your payment status page from nasims by clicking the icon that looks like a safety pin at the top right corner of the compose page, it will ask you to "attach file", click on "attach file" it will take you to the folder page were the screenshot was saved, click on the file to upload it to the email wait for the payment status document to attach (see attached image below).

5) Click on send that is the arrow button at the top right corner of the compose email page, this will send the document and your message to Npower.

6) Go back to the email homepage and click on "sent" to actually see if your message has been delivered, from the image below the message has been sent and will be treated and filed by Npower, once payment is re-initiated by Npower you will be paid your stipend for the affected month, please do not send another message it will only delay the process.

7) Keep checking your inbox for feedback from Npower by clicking on the three horizonal lines at the top left corner of the Gmail page to check your inbox.

All payment status showing "Processing" will be paid, should it become 'failed'then kindly adopt the procedures above.

How to fix payment issues via Npower customer care agent

If you are an Npower volunteer under the Npower batch c stream 1 and on clicking the payroll tab, under the payment status you noticed that your payment status says "failed" and you were not paid, and the reason was due to any of the following to mention a few; 

A) transfer not successful

B) invalid account

C) transaction does not exists

D) transaction destination not found

E) failed payment

F) transaction failed

G) invalid transaction

H) No action taken

I) Beneficiary bank not available

J) No payment data available

K) Names Mismatch

L) Time Out Waiting For Response From destination

follow the procedures below to fix and resolve your payment issues

HOW TO FIX PAYMENT ISSUES USING NPOWER CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Please before performing the procedures below please ensure you have enough airtime at least ₦100, and write down your Npower ID on a sheet of paper and hold it with you before making the call.

1) The Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer having the payment issue should dial 092203102, when you dial this number it might not go through because this is Abuja situation room customer care center number and all Npower customer care service agents might be extremely busy , please move to step 2.

2) The Npower batch c stream 1 should dial 018888148, this is Lagos Npower customer service agent.

3) Please after dialling 018888148, listen to the voice prompt and follow the instructions from the voice prompt.

The voice prompt will say for complaint press 1.

4) The Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer should press 1, after pressing 1 please wait even if the Npower customer service agent is not available please do not end the call.

5) Once the Npower customer service agent comes, he or she will say "Welcome to NSIP...... what is your name and where are you calling from?" 

6) The Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer should provide his or her names and location to the Npower care service agent, just say " I am John Doe, I am calling from Festac Lagos" this is just an example, please be brief when introducing yourself, the Npower customer service agent will now ask you what your issue is.

7) When presenting your payment issue go straight to the point, just say "failed January payment, reason INVALID ACCOUNT" because the Npower customer care service agent will want to know the exact month you are having failed payment and the reason, if the reason is "transfer not successful" state it but be brief.

8) The Npower customer care agent will receive all your information and your payment issues will be resolved, once payment is re-initiated you will be paid.

Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers should note that "failed" payment issue is a general issue, and the cause of "failed" payment issue is not from your bank or from the Npower volunteers' end, but the Npower "failed" payment is caused by a system error from Npower themselves, so once payment is re-initiated you will be paid for the affected month.

How to fix "no payment data available" issue on nasims payroll tab

If you are an Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer and you have completed your biometrics, but on clicking on the payroll tab on nasims, it displayed "no payment data available", please the reason why you are seeing the "no payment data available" error message on your payroll tab and your nasims profile is displaying "applicant" under your Npower category (see attached image below), is simply because you have not completed your physical verification and you have not yet been deployed yet.

Once deployment begins please follow the procedures below to fix and clear the error message and the "applicant" showing under your Npower category on your nasims profile:

1) Once deployment begins, the Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should click on nasims.gov.ng, then login with his or her Npower nasims email or Application ID and password.

2) After login into the nasims website, click on the deployment tab at the header of your nasims page.

3) If you have been deployed you will see the message displaying on your deployment page, this message below:

We have verified your details and your application has been deemed successful. Please check below for your posting details:

4) Upload your acceptance letter, after uploading your deployment letter, in the coming weeks the "no payment data available" error message will be fixed and cleared, and your Npower profile under your Npower category will now display "Beneficiary" instead of "applicant", and you can start receiving payment.
