Some Npower Batch C Volunteers under the non graduate category have been complaining that they have not yet been paid, please if you have not been posted you will not be paid, it was observed that some Npower volunteers under the non graduate category went for training without checking their deployment tab on their NASIMS profile, many of the Npower volunteers were shocked that they have not been posted.

Please before making any move, always check your NASIMS profile both the verification tab and the deployment tab for updates especially regarding training, even if you get to the training camp endeavor to confirm if your name is in the training list before participating in the training, please once again if you have not yet been posted you will not be paid.

Npower through the media have reiterated that if you have not been posted you will not be paid when payment commences, read statement below in response to an Npower Batch C Volunteer's question;

"Hello, Oum Asim Be calm, you have not been posted yet. when you are posted you will be paid. Thank you for contacting us."

Non graduate volunteers will be paid all their outstanding allowances as backlogs when backlog payment is initiated in the coming weeks after the Npower graduate payment must have been cleared.

All the outstanding payments will come as a backlog soon. We apologize for the delay - Npower

Some Npower Batch C1 stream one volunteers have been lamenting that they have not been paid January, February, and  March Stipends, an affected Npower Batch C1 volunteer has expressed his grief, see statement below;

"January, February, March Stipends not paid.. please what’s going on? Should we forget about it?"

Npower have responded to Npower Batch C1 volunteers that have not been paid for January, February and March stipend, see reply below; 

"Hello UnkleAloy, thank you for contacting us today. All the outstanding payments will come as a backlog soon. We apologize for the delay. Thank you for your patience. N-power!"

Please if you have not been paid your outstanding stipend NASIMS have said that all backlogs (which are outstanding payments) will start after January stipend has been cleared, their are periods for backlog payments and once it begins, Npower Batch C Volunteers with outstanding payments will be credited.

An Npower Batch C Volunteer have expressed his frustration over the repeated failed payment issues as regards payments of stipend, read statement below;

"NPOWER does it mean volunteers would continue to have fail payment even as we are in our 8 month? Leaving others frustrated, and could not see the meaning of  this money---- does that mean you would continue to tell us, it would be paid as backlog?....if so the program has fail to achieve it aim. Please inform the beneficiaries to involve in meaningful activities rather than waisting their time and energy."

Npower have responded swiftly to the above statement, read Npower statement below;

"Hello Phinas London Sunday, Apologies for the inconveniences. All payments issues will be sorted out as our team is working on it. Thank you."

Npower Batch C Volunteers have been implored to exercise patience as payment just started and all issues will be resolved.

Please note that at the moment there is no provision for change of residence - Npower

Some Npower Batch C Volunteers have been asking the question about changing their state of residence, infact an affected Npower Batch C Volunteer have raised the question, see request below;

"Goodafternoon, I am a beneficiary of  batch C stream 1, i did my biometric capturing of recent. My question is, how can i change my state of residence since we are yet to be deployed. Please reply!!"

In response to this Npower have replied Npower Batch C Volunteers faced with this issue, read statement below;

"Hello Sir,

Thank you for contacting us.

Please note that at the moment there is no provision for change of residence."

Please there is no provision for change of state of residence at the moment, once redeployment process is available it will be communicated publicly through the NASIMS portal, Npower Batch C Volunteers should wait till they are deployed before filing for redeployment.

"Please note that the NEXIT training can only be done where you registered." - Npower

Some exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers that are awaiting the next batch of the NEXIT soft loan training have been asking the question if they can do their NEXIT soft loan training program at another NEXIT training center other than the state that they did their Npower previously, see the Npower volunteer's statement below;

"Can I do my NEXIT training in my present state due to security issue in my Npower state which is far?"

Well Npower have responded saying that "please note that the NEXIT training can only be done where you registered."

Please take note, you can only participate for the NEXIT soft loan training in the state were you did your Npower program previously, you cannot do it in another state of your choice, and the NEXIT soft loan training program does not have the redeployment facility.

If the state you did your Npower program was Lagos state, then your NEXIT soft loan training center will be at Lagos state.

Some Npower Batch C1 volunteers have expressed their worries online, infact an Npower Batch C1 volunteer says and I quote!

"Npower you people have started again why is it that it only people from Kano that are receiving payment what about the other States, I hope for good 3 month of none payment you should have improved with the mode payment."

In a reaction to the above statement Npower have implored Npower Batch C1 volunteers to exercise patience, that every Npower Batch C1 volunteer will be paid, see statement below;

Npower Batch C1 volunteers should please note that payment just started and it will take sometime before every Npower Batch C1 volunteer gets credited into their bank accounts.

Some Npower Batch C1 volunteers have been claiming that despite commencement of January stipend they are yet to be paid, see the claim made by an Npower Batch C1 volunteer; "Npower the meaning of processing should be money has been transferred bah? What is happening cus nobody has been paid."

Well in a full statement made by Npower management, Npower have thrown more light into the January payment and have implored Npower Batch C1 Volunteers to exercise patience as the payment just started and should allow few days before laying their complains, read statement from Npower management below;

"we believe this is not the first you are receiving stipend on the program. Processing is part of the payment process, it normally takes a day or two before you start receiving your alert. We know you have been patient, but we implore you to hold on for a bit, you will soon receive your pay. Thank you." 

At the moment Npower Batch C1 volunteers that have not yet been paid should exercise patience as January payment just started few hours ago.

Npower management have told Npower Batch C Volunteers, that when the physical verification and biometrics commences it will be communicated to prospective Npower Batch C2 volunteers, in a response to a prospective Npower Batch C2 volunteer's statement, Npower made this clear, read statement below;

"Be patient, stay tuned their will be an update here regarding stream 2 physical verification. Thank you for contacting us." 

The above statement was made in relation to an earlier statement made by a concerned prospective Npower Batch C2 volunteer, read the Npower Batch C2 volunteer's question below;

"Npower this Stream II issue when is the actual date for the Biometric and physical verification?"

Npower Batch C2 prospective volunteers have been told to always check their NASIMS verification tab for updates regarding physical verification and biometrics.

"Please be patient, your October backlog stipend is being processed you will get paid soon. Thank you for your patience so far." - Npower

Some Npower Batch C Volunteers have taken to the media to complain that they have not been paid their October stipend, see statement from an Npower Batch C Volunteer; "Dear Npower, my October stipend (2021) have not been paid. Please, pay me. This is not fair." Npower have made a statement concerning this issue by stating that Npower Batch C Volunteers facing this issue should exercise patience as their October backlog payment is processing, read statement below; 

"please be patient, your October backlog stipend is being processed you will get paid soon. Thank you for your patience so far."

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you have payment issues or probably your payment on your payment status have been approved but you are yet to receive any payment please send your Npower ID for verification, Npower have specifically said that in response to an Npower Batch C Volunteer, read question below; 

"Npower please sir my dashboard says my payment has been approved or successfully paid with date as 10/02/2022.

Please I have not received any payment o. Kindly help with right information on what to do. Thank you."

ATTENTION: N'Power Batch C1 CREDITING OF ACCOUNTS FOR JANUARY PAYMENT COMMENCES TODAY 13 APRIL, 2022.- NASIMS

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) have made an official report emphasizing that January payment will be made today 13th April 2022, in the coming hours and days Npower Batch C graduate volunteers should start receiving bank alerts, the Npower Batch C non graduates backlog payments will follow in the coming weeks after the January payment of all Npower Batch C Volunteers under the graduate category have been cleared. Read the official statement from NASIMS below;

"This is a confirmation update for the commencement of January 2022 payment for graduate beneficiaries that moved to PROCESSING STAGE yesterday 12 April, 2022. The above payment is expected to commence today. However, we assure all backlog payments initiated same day for non-graduate beneficiaries shall follow suit soon. Be patient and wait for your payment.

Some Npower Batch C Volunteers have been complaining that for days now their NASIMS payment status is still on pending, and they have been complaining that they are yet to be paid, while some Npower volunteers claim they have been paid.

The Npower management team have informed Npower Batch C Volunteers with this issue to exercise patience, that they will be paid and very soon their payment status will reflect the 'processing' then 'paid' status, read statement below;

"Be patient, very soon it will get to processing and paid. N-power cares."

With this statement in the coming weeks Npower Batch C Volunteers should start receiving payment for January stipend, please if your payment status have not shown the January payment status, just exercise patience as the changes are being updated gradually, please once January payment commences always check your bank account balance and do not rely solely on what is reflecting on your payment status.

Npower management have taken to the media to inform exited Npower Batches A and B volunteers that have been asking the question, "When Is the 2nd batch of NEXIT entrepreneurship training ẹxpected to commence?", Npower have told exited Npower Batches A and B volunteers to be patient that they will make a post publicly regarding the NEXIT soft loan training when it commences through their verified handles, read statement below;

Exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers have been waiting for the next batch of the NEXIT soft loan training after the first batch was concluded weeks ago.

Exited Npower Batches A and B volunteers after the NEXIT soft loan training and after successful submission of the business plan will be given soft loans to start a business, loan amount will be at a maximum of ₦3,000,000 payable at a period not exceeding 7 years, as we speak the business plans of the first set of exited Npower Batches A and B volunteers that participated for the NEXIT soft loan training is at its concluding stage, after it is completed and submitted then the second batch will come on board.

Please if you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer under the N-Build category and you were sent an sms few weeks ago and you have been trying to select your training center and it keeps showing the error message and prompting you to "try again later" and your NASIMS profile says you have not been posted, please find your way to the training center and complain to the training officials on the training center and your issues will be resolved.

Npower management have given the go ahead through the media that anyone having the issue above should quickly proceed to the training center and complain to the training officials, please note, this is for Npower Batch C Volunteers under the non graduate category, N-Build.

Npower have told Npower Batch C Volunteers that are worried about the January stipend that this time around they will experience a smooth and hitch free payment, without a failed transaction, when the January payment commences in the coming weeks, in response to a statement made by a concerned Npower volunteer, see statement below;

"We've waited much enough to still be experiencing pending for a week, processing for a week and then failed/paid. It's too bad!"

Npower response was "please be patient, you will get your stipend paid and hopefully no failed transaction. Thank you for your patience so far."
