NEXIT: How to preview your Npower NEXIT business plan for Lagos Npower volunteers

If you are an Npower volunteer and you reside in Lagos state and you did your Npower NEXIT training in Lagos state but you do not know how to preview your Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan then please follow the following steps below, please for other states please consult your state Npower NEXIT training officers, their phone number is in the Npower NEXIT training invitation message sent to you before the Npower NEXIT training.

HOW TO PREVIEW YOUR NPOWER NEXIT TRAINING BUSINESS PLAN (NPOWER LAGOS VOLUNTEERS)

1) sign In to blinkplan.biz using your Npower email and the First and second letter of your surname or first name, then @ and the last three digits of your Npower phone number, for instance if your names are Amechi Eze, and your phone number is 07025673421 then your login password will be either Am@421 or Ez@421, please note, your email address is the email address you used for your Npower registration and the phone number is also the phone number you used for your Npower registration.

2) After Signing into the blinkplan.biz business plan template, click on the second tab, which is preview business plan, as you can see from the screen shot attached, you will also see your Npower NEXIT training institution details, such as contact phone number, contact email, contact address, contact name.

3) After clicking preview business plan, it takes you to the preview business plan page, at the top of the preview business plan page, click on 'Print/Save as PDF'

4) When you click on Print/Save as PDF it will take you directly to the Adobe pdf downloader, please make sure you have this application installed on your mobile device so that you can save the business plan document.

5) Click on the light green circular shape at the top right corner of the pdf download page, then choose the folder, storage or drive you want to save the business plan, you can rename it if you want to, otherwise leave the name as it is.

Please if you noticed that you can still edit the details on your business plan it simply means it has not yet been submitted, please contact your Npower NEXIT training officer immediately if you notice this issue.

Also note that the submission of the Npower NEXIT training business plan will be submitted by the NEXIT training officers after it has been adjusted and not by the Npower volunteer.

NEXIT: Please check your NEXIT training status by dialing the *45665# ussd code

Please Npower volunteers can check their Npower NEXIT training status and can confirm their availability for the Npower NEXIT training status by dialling the *45665# ussd code, if on first attempt it did not go through, please continue trying and it will go through, please once it goes through please select NEXIT from the list and input your BVN, please avoid inputting your phone number, input your BVN, reports had it that some Npower volunteers after putting their phone number it says they are not shortlisted but after putting their BVN they received a positive response that they have been shortlisted, kindly note that you must have a minimum airtime of ₦100 on your phone.

If after checking your Npower NEXIT training status and confirming availability you were shortlisted, just exercise patience and wait for the next batch of the Npower NEXIT training so that you can join them.

NEXIT: Submission of Npower NEXIT training business plan is for only those that have done the Npower NEXIT training

Please if you have not participated in the Npower NEXIT training the business plan submission is not for you, some Npower volunteers have been asking if the business plan submission is for only those that have done the Npower NEXIT training, the answer to this question is yes.

Every Npower volunteer that have undergone the Npower NEXIT training have a unique NEXIT training code which is linked to the business plan online, once you have not been shortlisted you will not be able to gain access to the business plan, the business plan is for Npower volunteers that took part in the Npower NEXIT training and were shortlisted, please if you have not been shortlisted you will not be able to complete or gain access to the business plan, Npower Volunteers are advised to wait for the second batch, definitely there will be a second batch.

NEXIT: Npower NEXIT soft loan is not ₦300,000 as speculated

Their are speculations online that the Npower NEXIT soft loan will be ₦300,000, please this information is not true, the exact month of your soft loan depends on the final adjustment made on your business plan, if after adjusting your working capital and cost of equipment your loan amount is say ₦900,000 then that will be the exact soft loan that will be given to you, if the value of the soft loan is higher or lower than that is the amount that will be disbursed to you, when the soft loan disbursement starts.

All Npower volunteers that participated in the Npower NEXIT training are advised to check and save their business plan after the final submission by the Npower NEXIT training officials.

NEXIT: What to do if you were shortlisted for the Npower NEXIT training but you did not receive the NEXIT invitation message

An exited Npower volunteer have raised the question that he was shortlisted for the Npower NEXIT training soft loan programme but he did not receive the Npower NEXIT training invitation message and on checking the Npower NEXIT training list his name was not there.

Although Npower volunteers have been advised not to rely solely on the Npower NEXIT training list online but rather Npower volunteers should go directly to the Npower NEXIT training venue to check the names pasted on the list at the centre.

Despite the fact that Npower had already scheduled the number for the first batch, here is what to do if you were shortlisted for batch 1 and you did not receive the Npower NEXIT training invitation message, please be observant and wait for the second batch, once the second batch commences go to your Npower NEXIT training venue and explain to the Npower NEXIT training officials that you were shortlisted but you did not receive the Npower NEXIT training invitation message and your name was not on the list after checking, the Npower NEXIT training officers will reschedule you for the next batch so that you can join the next batch for the Npower NEXIT training, please always have the shortlisting message stored in your mobile device as an evidence.

NEXIT: Everyone will be shortlisted for the Npower NEXIT training soft loan programme

Some exited Npower volunteers have been doubtful about their chances of even being shortlisted for the next stage of the Npower NEXIT training soft loan programme, (see attached screenshot of an exited Npower volunteer asking a question).

Please provided you registered for the Npower NEXIT training soft loan programme last year, your name is already in the Npower NEXIT training soft loan programme and you will be shortlisted for the next batch.

The first batch is not even up to half of the exited Npower volunteers that indicated interest for the Npower NEXIT soft loan training programme.

Just to recap on what the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs said last month through her Senior Adviser on Media and publicity just to clear any elements of doubt please read the statement below;

STATEMENT MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR HUMANITARIAN AFFAIRS CONCERNING THE NPOWER NEXIT TRAINING SOFT LOAN PROGRAMME

The Minister for Humanitarian Affairs said that "Out of the 467,183 trainees who indicated interest, 75,600 will participate in the first phase of the orientation programme expected to lead up to collection of loans of up to three million Naira from the Central Bank of Nigeria if they qualify.

At the flag off ceremony which took place on Monday at the Press Centre, Radio House Abuja, the Minister, who was represented by the Permanent Secretary Bashir Nura Alkali thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for his administration’s unwavering efforts in eradicating poverty in the country and for supporting and sustaining the National Social Investment Programmes.

She also congratulated the 467,183 trainees who indicated interest in the NEXIT CBN AGSMEIS programme from the 500,000 batches A and B exited beneficiaries.

Umar Farouq noted that this is the first of several other phases that will take place in all the 36 states and the FCT.

“ It has been my desire that the exited batches A and B N-Power graduate beneficiaries will not be left unattended to. In different channels, I kept on assuring these teaming youths that the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has worked very closely with the Central Bank of Nigeria to realize this dream.

“Today marks the beginning of the fulfilment of this awaited training that will enable those beneficiaries that indicated interest to participate in the CBN empowerment programme.

“For ease of coordination, this training programme will be conducted in phases. Let me also inform you that all the 36 States and FCT are participating in this long awaited NEXIT training programme. A total of 75,600 participants are in this first batch of the training. We will continue to train the remaining batches in no distant time.

“The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development is committed to ensuring that the strategic objectives of all the social intervention programmes are harnessed to achieve the desired goals and objectives.

“​The N-Power programme is a critical part of the National Social Investment Programmes domiciled in the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development designed to achieve the National objectives of poverty reduction and job creation. The N-Power programme is key to helping young Nigerians acquire and develop life-long skills that ensure they become solution providers and entrepreneurs in their communities”.

In his welcome address, the Permanent Secretary who was represented by the Director Planning, Research and Statistics Raphael Oraeluno charged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the opportunity.

“I will want to emphasize that every trainee must see this unique opportunity as a blessing that must not be wasted. Recall how we journeyed into this. You have finally gotten this opportunity. Maintain the highest level of seriousness in all that you will be taught throughout the training programme and thereafter. As beneficiaries, you will be equipped with the necessary training that will guarantee your participation in the CBN package meant for this purpose”.

The National Coordinator, National Social Investment Programmes Dr Umar Bindir alao advised the beneficiaries to take advantage of the CBN package to be self reliant.

At the end of the five day training, beneficiaries who qualify will receive Loans of up to three million Naira with a maximum tenure of seven years."

Therefore any exited Npower volunteer in a state of doubt should know that from the above statistics above he or she will be shortlisted.

NEXIT: Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan submission ongoing

A concerned exited Npower volunteer have asked a question about the situation on ground concerning the Npower NEXIT training soft loan programme for batch 2, please the current situation on ground is that the Npower NEXIT training business plans of batch 1 of the Npower NEXIT training is still being worked on and submission is still ongoing, as we speak the Npower volunteers' business plans in Kogi State and other states are being adjusted, it is only after the necessary adjustments are made on the business plans and the business plans are submitted before Npower NEXIT training batch 2 can start. If on checking your business plan online and you cannot edit it after you noticed some adjustments, it simply means that your business plan have been submitted to the appropriate financial quarters. 

Please exited Npower Batch A and B volunteers that are waiting for the Npower NEXIT training batch 2 should exercise a great deal of patience, the point is that, there will be no soft loan disbursement until batch 2 have completed their Npower NEXIT soft loan training and their business plans are submitted as well.

Therefore ignore any information online saying otherwise, it is after all the batches that is batch 1 and batch 2 business plans have been received by the Central Bank of Nigeria before the soft loan disbursement can commence, it will not start immediately, the financial institutions will still go through it before providing the soft loans.
