How To Fix All Npower Payment Issues Using Npower Email Address

Npower payment is a process whereby the bank account of Npower volunteers are credited using a wire payment transfer system, once payment is initiated the payment status of the Npower volunteers reads pending, then from pending it becomes processing then after process the payment becomes paid, this is the period when the payment is fully completed by Npower and the Npower volunteer's bank account is credited.

On the contrary during payment by Npower the transaction might fail to get to the destination that is the Npower volunteer might not be credited due to a system error from Npower when initiating the payment, when this occurs Npower volunteers might see some reasons for the failed transaction under the payroll tab, Npower volunteers might starts seeing the following displayed on their payment status;

1) Transaction failed

2) Transfer unsuccessful

3) System error occurred

4) Invalid account

5) Destination not found

6) Transaction does not exist

7) Failed

8) User does not exist

9) Names mismatch

10) Payment made to blocked/closed account

And a whole lot of payment errors

In order to fix this payment issues, the Npower volunteer should follow the quick tips below:

HOW TO FIX PAYMENT ISSUES USING NPOWER EMAIL ADDRESS 

1) The Npower batch c volunteer should click on the Gmail app to lunch the Gmail app, the Gmail app can be downloaded from Google play store just do a search for "Gmail" and register by creating a username and a password, and login into the Gmail app, you might be required to confirm your password link through the email address you generated, but if you already have the Gmail app you can skip the registration and sign up aspect.

2) After lunching the Gmail app click on "compose" at the bottom right corner of the Gmail page.

3) After clicking on compose you are redirected to the compose page where you are to type your message, at the "from" field put your email address and at the "to" field input Npower email address socialmedia.npower@gmail.com, the subject should be "Failed Payment Issue" at the compose mail part which is the body of the email, simply type the content of the message, see format below:

Name: Your full names as it appears on the nasims profile

Category: Your Npower Category whether N-Agro, N-Teach, N-Build, N-Health, N-creative, N-Mixology etc

Npower ID: The Identity Number beginning with NPWR/2020/XXXXXXX

Subject: Failed payment

Body: Reason for the failed payment

For Account updates, probably your account was blocked or you opened another new bank account, just send the correct account details to: socialmedia.npower@gmail.com, and make the subject of the email message 'Account Update' and state the reason in the body of the message.

4) After composing the email attach the screenshot of your payment status page from nasims by clicking the icon that looks like a safety pin at the top right corner of the compose page, it will ask you to "attach file", click on "attach file" it will take you to the folder page were the screenshot was saved, click on the file to upload it to the email wait for the payment status document to attach.

5) Click on send that is the arrow button at the top right corner of the compose email page, this will send the document and your message to Npower.

6) Go back to the email homepage and click on "sent" to actually see if your message has been delivered and will be treated and filed, once payment is re-initiated you will be paid your stipend for the affected month, please do not send another message it will only delay the process.

7) Keep checking your inbox for feedback from Npower by clicking on the three horizonal lines at the top left corner of the Gmail page to check your inbox.

How To Fix Npower April "Failed" Payment

Few days ago Npower volunteers under the non graduate category were paid their April stipend after months of commencing their training, but the issue is that while some Npower volunteers' account were credited other Npower volunteers' bank account was not credited, and the reason was as a result of "failed" transaction, a "failed" transaction simply means that the Npower volunteer's account was actually credited but the stipend failed to arrive at the destination bank which is the Npower volunteer's bank account due to system error from the sender's server which in this case is from Npower, although all "failed" payments will be re-initiated, but in order to speed up the process of reinitiation of the "failed" payment, affected Npower volunteers should follow the simple tips below.

HOW TO FIX NPOWER APRIL "FAILED" PAYMENT USING TWITTER 

1) The Npower volunteer should download the twitter application from Google playstore and install the twitter app, after downloading the twitter application please lunch the twitter application from your mobile phone or laptop depending on the device you are using, after lunching the twitter application, register with your email address or phone number, you can use any email address or the email address you used for your Npower registration or the phone number used for Npower registration, generate your password, you might be required to click the link sent into your email inbox before you can login.(please you can skip this part if you already have the twitter app)

2) Once the Npower volunteer confirms his or her login details, the Npower volunteer should login into the twitter application, once the twitter page opens, the Npower volunteer will see an icon on the footer of the page, the icon resembles a magnifying glass icon 🔍 click on it.

3) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says 🔍 Search Twitter, enter @npower_ng into this search field, then click on the sky blue round circle with feather and a + sign located at the bottom right hand corner of the page, when you click on this sky blue round circle, all you have to do is compose a brief message, the content of the message should be brief, kindly use the format below:

Name: state your full names here

Npower category: state your Npower category here 

Npower ID: state your Npower ID or NASIMS ID here

Issue: State your payment issues here, please make it brief and to point, avoid unnecessary details, just say "failed April payment"

Please note the following below:

For "paid" payment issues please request for your affected month bank account statement and attach it to your Twitter message and send to Npower alongside your Npower ID.

For names mismatch issues send your BVN printout containing your full names to Npower alongside your Npower ID.

4) After completing step 3 please do not repeat the process, just wait and keep checking your Twitter application under the notification bell icon at the footer of the page, for a response, even if you did not get any response, your inquiry has been received and will be responded to in due time.

Npower volunteers having the processing issue have to wait until it becomes failed payment before forwarding their issues using the above tips, otherwise the Npower volunteer should wait until payment status becomes "paid".

Npower News: Npower Batch C Stream 2 To Kick Off Very Soon As Independent Monitors Commence Training

Independent monitors of the National Social Investment Program (NSIP) comprising of 3000 men and women today commenced their training, these independent monitors will monitor all activities of the Npower stream 2 program, according to the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs who was represented by the Permanent Secretary, the independent monitors are one of the most important components of the National Social Investment Program, see statements made in the attached image below.

Npower batch c applicants are advised to get all their documents ready as the Npower physical verification will start very soon before the end of this month.

Npower Physical Verification To Commence June 13th - 27th - Osun State Focal Person

According to Osun State Focal Person for the National Social Investment Program (NSIP), Lukman Abimbola Bello, the Npower physical verification exercise will start by Monday, June 13th and is expected to last for two weeks all things being equal, although the duration might vary in other states of the Federation.

The Npower physical verification will be conducted at National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) offices in all 30 local government area of Osun State, although this information is for Npower applicants in Osun State, Npower applicants in other state should be prepared as the Npower physical verification date is no longer far away.

Npower applicants are expected to await further directives from Npower, before taking any decision, as we speak Npower is yet to inform the public on the exact date for the Npower physical verification exercise, although Npower have said that the physical verification exercise will begin this month.

Npower NEXIT Training: Npower Putting Things In Place To Ensure Successful NEXIT Training

Npower have said once again that they are putting things in place to ensure a successful training, this statement was made once again to an Npower volunteer's question regarding the commencement of the NEXIT training, see Npower's response and screenshot below as evidence.

Thank you for contacting us.

We apologise for the delay in the commencement of the NEXIT Training, please be patient as we are putting things in place for a successful training"

The basic truth is that the next batch of the NEXIT training cannot start until the list for the second batch of the NEXIT training is sent to all Coordinators of the Entrepreneurship Development Institutes (EDI) Nationwide, until this list is received by the state coordinators, the NEXIT training for the second batch cannot start.

The soft loan disbursement will also not commence until the second batch of the NEXIT training have begun and is completed, if the NEXIT training for the second batch is yet to commence then the soft loan disbursement cannot be processed yet.

Npower volunteers will be given soft loans amounting to a maximum loan amount of ₦3,000,000, if they qualify, the soft loan will be interest free with a loan tenor of 7 years maximum, these soft loans will be disbursed only to Npower volunteers that have completed the one week Nexit training and have completed and submitted their business plans and have been awarded the nexit training certificate upon completion.

Npower Applicants Have Less Than 3 Weeks For Physical Verification And Deployment

It is no longer news that the Npower physical verification exercise will commence this month according to Npower in earlier reports, it is also no longer news that according to the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs Sadiya Umar Farouq, the Npower applicants will be deployed to their various places of primary assignment in the coming weeks, what this means by implication is that Npower applicants have roughly less than 3 weeks to complete both the Npower physical verification screening process and the Npower deployment process.

Npower applicants should be on standby and make all documents uploaded to the nasims self service portal readily available, because the Npower physical verification will be coming sooner than expected, although before the commencement date is set all Npower applicants will be notified publicly and through their nasims self service portal.

Details of the Npower physical verification exercise will be displayed at the footer of the verification page of the nasims self service portal while details of the deployment such as places of primary assignment, acceptance letter and other vital informations will be displayed on the deployment page of the nasims self service portal.

Npower News: April Stipend Will Commence In Less Than No Time - Npower

According to Npower in a response to an Npower volunteer's question regarding payment of April and May stipend, Npower have said that the April stipend will commence soon, infact Npower have said that the April stipend will commence in less than no time, see statement below from an Npower volunteer and Npower response after the statement was made.

"Good morning, Engr Nwaka Onyeka please be patient, payment will soon commence. Thank you."

"When would the payment of April and May commence ? Goodmorning!"

Npower volunteers have been advised to exercise patience and continue to check their payment status for updates, recall that the non graduates were recently paid their April stipend, the Npower graduate category will follow suit.
