WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE YET TO BE PAID YOUR NPOWER AUGUST STIPEND
Npower beneficiaries yet to be paid their Npower August stipend into their bank account or on their Npower login portal are to do the following below;
1) The Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiary should check if his or her names on his or her Npower login portal matches the names on his or her bank account, if it matches then the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary should send his or her Npower ID, BVN, NIN and account details to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng, if the names on the Npower portal do not match the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary's bank account names then the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary should send a sworn affidavit obtained from a lawyer to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng requesting for the names on his or her Npower login portal to be changed to the names on the affidavit, the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary should make sure that the names on the sworn affidavit match the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary's bank account names.
2) Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary yet to be paid their Npower August stipend can also send screenshot of their payroll tab on their Npower login portal together with their Npower ID, NIN, BVN and account details to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng and it will be reinitated and paid as backlog payment.
3) Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with their Npower August stipend under processing are to exercise patience until it becomes paid on their Npower login portal, if the Npower August stipend refuse to change from processing to paid, then the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary should send his or her Npower ID, NIN, BVN, complaint and account details to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng.
4) Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary with failed Npower August stipend on their Npower login portal under their payment status are to send their Npower ID, NIN, BVN, screenshot of affected month and account details to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng and it will be reinitated.
5) Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with paid Npower August stipend on their Npower login portal but not paid into their bank account are to send stamped statement of account showing past five months together with their Npower ID, NIN BVN and account details to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng.
Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries after making their complaints are advised to exercise patience and continue to check their payment status on their Npower login portal for changes on their payment status.
