Who Will Disburse The Loan

The loan disbursement will be processed and disbursed first by the Central Bank of Nigeria, after approving the business plans of all Npower volunteers that qualify to receive the loan, the Central Bank of Nigeria will issue directives to all NIRSAL Microfinance Bank selected by the Npower volunteers to issue loan to the Npower volunteers.

The final loan disbursement process will be carried out by NIRSAL Microfinance Bank, NIRSAL Microfinance Bank is the authorised bank established by the Central Bank of Nigeria to issue loans to Npower volunteers, NIRSAL Microfinance Bank will issue a collateral free loan to Npower volunteers amounting to ₦3,000,000 with zero interest rate, all loan disbursement process will be done physically at the NIRSAL Microfinance banking premises.

Where The Loan Will Be Disbursed

The loan disbursement will take place at the NIRSAL Microfinance Bank, remember that when Npower volunteers were completing their business plans, they were told to select their pick up bank centres and Npower volunteers chose NIRSAL Microfinance Bank closer to their local government areas.

The final loan disbursement process will take place at NIRSAL Microfinance Bank, Npower volunteers will be contacted to come to NIRSAL Microfinance Bank when the loan is to be awarded, Npower volunteers will be required to come with a valid means of Identification such as; 

1) Driver's Licence

2) Voter's card 

3) National ID 

4) International Passport

5) NEXIT training certificate

When The Loan Will Be Disbursed

The loan will be disbursed after the Npower NEXIT training have been concluded and all business plans have been submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Central Bank of Nigeria will go through the business plans and check the loan amount stated by the Npower volunteer and start the loan disbursement process based on the figures on the business plans of the Npower volunteers.

The loan disbursement process will start when the loan is sent to NIRSAL Microfinance Bank, NIRSAL Microfinance Bank having received the loan directives will contact Npower volunteers to come for the loan, Npower volunteers might be required to present their means of Identification and their NEXIT training certificate before they are issued the loan, loan might be financial or non financial.

Who Will Undergo The Npower Deployment Process

Npower deployment process is a situation whereby Npower volunteers are posted to their places of primary assignment according to their Npower categories. The Npower deployment process is the last stage of the Npower screening process before the payment process begins.

The following below are persons that will undergo the Npower deployment process;

1) Npower applicants that have completed and passed their biometrics screening process successfully with the "fingerprint captured ✓" green icon displayed on their verification page on the nasims self service portal.

2) Npower Applicants that have passed their physical verification exercise with their physical verification status displaying "pass" under their verification page on their nasims portal.

Npower applicants must pass (1) and (2) before they can undergo the deployment process, if an Npower applicant fails the Npower physical verification exercise, the Npower applicant will not be deployed to his or her place of primary assignment.

When The Npower Deployment Will Start

The Npower deployment will start after the Npower physical verification exercise have been concluded, the Npower physical verification exercise is still ongoing and will be concluded officially by June 25th, the Npower deployment will start in the coming days/weeks after the Npower physical verification must have been concluded.

When the Npower deployment starts it will be communicated on all Npower verified social handles and it will be communicated on the deployment page under place of primary assignment on the nasims self service portal, all Npower applicants that have completed their Npower physical verification exercise are to exercise patience and continue to check their deployment page on the nasims self service portal for updates regarding their deployment status.

Alternatively Npower applicants can also use the NASIMS self service ussd code *45665# and follow the instructions and click on "deployment" to check their deployment status.

Where The Npower Beneficiaries Will Be Deployed To

The deployment process is the last stage of the Npower screening process, during the deployment process, Npower beneficiaries are required to download and print their acceptance letter otherwise known as deployment letter and take this acceptance letter to their place of primary assignment.

The following below are places of primary assignment where Npower beneficiaries will be deployed to.

1) NAgro Npower Beneficiaries: Npower beneficiaries under the Npower N-Agro graduate category will be posted to Agricultural Agencies and Agricultural departments.

2) N-Health Npower Beneficiaries: Npower beneficiaries under the Npower N-Health graduate category will be posted to Primary Health Care Centres within their local government area of residence.

3) N-Teach Npower Beneficiaries: Npower beneficiaries under the Npower N-Teach graduate category will be posted to Government owned Primary and Secondary Schools within their local government area of residence.

4) N-Build, N-creative, N-Tech: Npower beneficiaries under the Npower N-Build, N-creative, N-Tech will be posted to both Government and Private establishments within their industry.

Npower beneficiaries that are posted to a place of primary assignment outside his or her local government area of residence can apply for redeployment by completing the redeployment process on the deployment page of the nasims self service portal.

Where To Check If You Are An Npower Beneficiary Or Not

Npower applicants can check if their Npower status have changed from being an Npower applicant or shortlisted to an Npower beneficiary by following the procedures below.

1) The Npower applicant should login into the nasims self service portal https://nasims.gov.ng with his or her login details; Npower ID and password.

2) The Npower applicant is taken to the nasims overview profile page.

3) The Npower applicant should scroll down, after the picture under the Npower category you will see your Npower status if you are an Npower beneficiary it will display "Beneficiary" under your Npower category, if you are still an "Applicant" or "Shortlisted" it will also be displayed under your Npower category on your nasims overview profile page, see image below.

Why You Are Not An Npower Beneficiary

An Npower beneficiary is one who have successfully completed and passed all Npower screening processes which includes the following below;

1) Biometrics

2) Physical Verification

3) Deployment

Please note, Npower do not use test scores as a criteria for selection.

Once an Npower applicant passes all the above screening process he or she becomes an Npower beneficiary.

The reason why an Npower Applicant is not yet an Npower beneficiary is due to the following below:

1) The Npower applicant did not pass the biometrics screening process.

2) The Npower applicant failed or missed the physical verification exercise. 

3) The Npower applicant was rejected by the assigned supervisor at his or her place of primary assignment and was not deployed due to one reason or the other, or failed to report to his or her place of primary assignment but reported extremely late.

Once an Npower applicant fails to become an Npower beneficiary, the Npower applicant will not be entitled to payment and will be eventually exited from the Npower programme.

How To Become An Npower Beneficiary

An Npower beneficiary is an Npower volunteer that have passed all the Npower screening process and have been successfully deployed, there is a major stage to be passed before one becomes an Npower beneficiary and this is the biometric stage.

If you are an Npower volunteer and you have completed you have completed and passed your biometrics and your physical verification venue is not showing on your verification page, and under your Npower category on your nasims overview profile page instead of seeing "Beneficiary" you are seeing "applicant" or "shortlisted" all you have to do to become an Npower beneficiary is to send your Npower ID together with your complain to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng using the following procedures below.

1) The Npower volunteer should download the twitter application from Google playstore and install the twitter app, after downloading the twitter application please lunch the twitter application from your mobile phone or laptop depending on the device you are using, after lunching the twitter application, register with your email address or phone number, you can use any email address or the email address you used for your Npower registration or the phone number used for Npower registration, generate your password, you might be required to click the link sent into your email inbox before you can login.(please you can skip this part if you already have the twitter app)

2) Once the Npower volunteer confirms his or her login details, the Npower volunteer should login into the twitter application, once the twitter page opens, the Npower volunteer will see an icon on the footer of the page, the icon resembles a magnifying glass icon 🔍 click on it.

3) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says 🔍 Search Twitter, enter @npower_ng into this search field, then click on the sky blue round circle with feather and a + sign located at the bottom right hand corner of the page, when you click on this sky blue round circle, all you have to do is compose a brief message, the content of the message should be brief, just say "biometrics was successfully captured but physical verification venue not displaying and I am an Npower applicant instead of an Npower beneficiary " then add your Npower ID.

4) After completing step 3 please do not repeat the task, just wait and keep checking your Twitter application under the notification bell icon at the footer of the page, for a response, even if you did not get any response, your inquiry has been received and will be responded to accordingly.

Npower applicants are advised to always check their nasims self service portal for updates on their Npower status whether it has been changed from Npower "applicant" or "shortlisted" to "beneficiary."

When You Will Become An Npower Beneficiary

An Npower beneficiary is a person who have completed his or her biometrics and have been selected for the Npower physical verification exercise. When an Npower applicant becomes an Npower beneficiary the Npower applicant will see all the following below on his or her nasims self service portal.

A) NASIMS Overview Profile: When an Npower applicant becomes an Npower beneficiary he or she will see the "beneficiary" status under his or her Npower category on the nasims overview profile page, if you see anything asides this then you have not been selected and you are still an "Npower Applicant", Npower applicants under the non graduate category might see "Shortlisted" it also means that you are not an "Npower Beneficiary" yet.

B) Verification/Screening Page: If your physical verification venue displays under your verification page it simply means that you are an Npower beneficiary, if your physical verification venue is not displaying on your verification page it means that you are still an Npower applicant.

If you cannot see any of the above aspects then you are not yet an Npower beneficiary, you remain an Npower applicant, until you see all the above aspects displayed on your nasims self service portal.

Npower applicants are advised to always check their Npower NASIMS self service portal for updates regarding their Npower status.

Where The Npower Acceptance Letter Is Located

The Npower acceptance letter otherwise known as deployment letter or place of primary assignment letter is a document which is downloaded from the deployment page of the nasims self service portal and taken to the place of primary assignment of the Npower applicant for it to be signed and stamped.

WHERE THE NPOWER ACCEPTANCE LETTER IS LOCATED ON THE NASIMS SELF SERVICE PORTAL

The Npower applicant should follow the procedures below to locate where the Npower acceptance letter is placed on the nasims self service portal.

1) The Npower applicant should login into the nasims self service portal https://nasims.gov.ng using his or her Npower ID or Npower email address and unique password.

2) After login into the nasims self service portal the Npower applicant is taken directly to the overview profile page, the acceptance letter is not located on this page.

3) The Npower applicant should click on the "deployment" tab at the header of the nasims self service portal.

4) After clicking on the deployment tab, the Npower applicant should scroll down the deployment page immediately after "Deployment Details", the Npower acceptance letter is located directly after the "Renumeration ₦30,000 per month" detail, the "Download PPA Letter" green icon is exactly where the Npower acceptance letter is.

5) The Npower applicant should click on the "Download PPA Letter" green icon and follow the download instructions.

6) After the Npower acceptance letter has been downloaded the Npower acceptance letter should be printed in hard copy and taken to the Npower applicant's place of primary assignment.

Who Will Sign The Npower Acceptance Letter

The Npower acceptance letter otherwise known as deployment letter or place of primary assignment letter is a document which is downloaded from the deployment page of the nasims self service portal and taken to the place of primary assignment of the Npower applicant for it to be signed and stamped.

The Npower acceptance letter is to be signed by an assigned supervisor, an assigned supervisor is an official delegates with the responsibility to endorse and sign the Npower acceptance letter, the assigned supervisor can be any of the following persons below;

1) A Principal/Vice Principal Of A Secondary School: Npower applicants under the N-Teach graduate category posted to secondary schools will have their Npower acceptance letter signed and stamped by the Principal of the secondary school or anyone representing the principal when he or she is not around, the Vice Principal can also function in that capacity.

2) Head Of Department: Npower applicants under the N-Agro and N-Health graduate category posted to Agricultural Agencies and Primary Health Care Centres respectively will have their Npower acceptance letter signed and stamped by their Head Of Department.

3) Head Master/Head Mistress: Npower applicants under the N-Teach graduate category deployed to primary schools will have their Npower acceptance letter signed and stamped by the Head Master or Head Mistress of the primary school.

4) Assigned Trainer: Npower applicants under the N-Tech, N-creative and N-Build non graduate category posted to their place of apprenticeship will have their Npower acceptance letter signed and stamped by their assigned trainers.

The Npower acceptance letter is always available on the deployment page only after the Npower physical verification exercise have been concluded, Npower applicants are advised to avoid giving their Npower acceptance letter to unauthorised persons as this might render their documents void and prevent the Npower applicant from completing the deployment process leading to payment issues on the long run.

How To Check If You Have Been Selected For Physical Verification On Npower Login Portal 2021 Batch C

Npower applicants both under the graduate category and the non graduate category can check if they have been shortlisted for the Npower physical verification by following the procedures below.

1) The Npower applicant should login into the nasims self service portal using his or her Npower ID or Npower email and password.

2) Once you login under the overview tab, if you see "shortlisted" under your Npower category it simply means you have been shortlisted but not yet selected for the Npower physical verification exercise with this your Npower physical verification venue will not be displayed on the verification page of your nasims self service portal. The Npower applicant should check back later under the verification page to see if his or her physical verification venue has been displayed.

3) Once you login under the overview tab, if you see "applicant" under your Npower category it simply means you have not been shortlisted or selected for the Npower physical verification exercise and your physical verification venue will not be displayed on the nasims self service portal.

4) Once you login under the overview tab, if you see "beneficiary" under your Npower category it simply means you have been shortlisted and selected for the Npower physical verification exercise with this your Npower physical verification venue will be displayed on the verification page of your nasims self service portal. The beneficiary status is a good status it simply means that you have passed all biometric screening processes, Npower applicants with the "beneficiary" status should quickly proceed to their physical verification venue to complete their physical verification.

Npower applicants that were "shortlisted" under the non graduate category will carry out their physical verification exercise at their training centres which will be announced on all Npower verified social handles when it commences.

Npower applicants that have relocated to another state are to travel back to their previous state of residence to complete their physical verification exercise, Npower applicants that were posted very far away from their physical verification venue or given a wrong physical verification venue are to forward their complaint and issues to Npower on twitter @npower_ng.
