In order to get Npower customer care number the Npower beneficiary should follow the simple steps below;

1) The Npower beneficiary should login into the Npower NASIMS self service portal 

2) After login into the Npower NASIMS self service portal the Npower beneficiary should scroll through the page to the bottom.

3) At the bottom of the Npower NASIMS homepage the Npower beneficiary will see the Npower customer care number, they are two numbers one for Npower Lagos situation room while the other is for Npower Abuja situation room.

According to Npower the Npower Batch C stream 2 deployment will start this week, this was a statement made few days ago by nasims the sister organisation to Npower.

Only Npower batch C stream 2 beneficiaries with physical verification status displaying pass will be able to download their Npower ppa letter, the Npower deployment letter will be ready this week according to nasims see statement from NASIMS below.

What To Do When You Have Npower Payment Issues

Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with Npower payment issues should do the following below;

1) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiary with "processing" Npower payment status are to exercise patience until credited, otherwise the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary should wait until it becomes "failed" payment, once it becomes "failed" payment the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary should send his or her screenshot of the affected month on the Npower payroll status, together with his or her Npower ID and send to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.
