Upon successful completion of the Wema Bank Graduate Trainee Program 2026, Wema Bank Graduate Trainees will be expected to:

1. Have a minimum of a Second Class Upper (or equivalent) in any business- or social science-related discipline from an accredited university  

2. Have a Minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English) in WAEC, NECO, or its equivalent
