Responsibilities of RoadLamp Limited Graduate Trainee
RoadLamp Limited Graduate Trainee will:
1. Engage in a structured training and development program covering technical, operational, and soft skills
2. Support senior engineers in planning, designing, and implementing projects
3. Carryout research and analysis to support engineering tasks
4. Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as required
5. Acquire proficiency in engineering software, tools, and systems relevant to the position
6. Work on-site or in the field as needed to support engineering operations
7. Work with cross-functional teams in deliverables
8. Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations
Requirements for RoadLamp Limited Graduate Trainee Program
Candidates applying for RoadLamp Limited Graduate Trainee Program must:
1. Have a Bachelor’s Degree in:
A. Mechanical Engineering
B. Electrical Engineering
C. Civil Engineering
2. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
