Responsibilities of Fembol Group Graduate Trainee

Fembol Group Graduate Trainee will:

1. Engage in structured training and development programmes

2. Rotate across assigned departments to acquire broad business exposure

3. Support daily operational and administrative activities

4. Support in business process enhancement programs 

5. Carry out research, prepare reports, and analyze operational data

6. Assist with key account management and client relationship activities

7. Engage in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives

8. Prepare presentations, meeting reports, and business documentation

9. Support with project planning, implementation, and monitoring

10. Study and comply with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

11. Work efficiently and effectively with teams to deliver assigned objectives

12. Carry out any other duties assigned by Management

Requirements for Fembol Group Graduate Trainee Program 

Candidates applying for Fembol Group Graduate Trainee must:

1. Have a Bachelor's Degree

2. Have completed NYSC

3. Have a minimum of five O'Level credits, including Mathematics and English, obtained in not more than 2 sittings

4. Have excellent academic records

5. Showcase leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, internships, or campus leadership roles

6. Have strong interest in developing a long-term career in logistics, supply chain, technology, or business management
