Responsibilities of Catalyst Path Consulting Graduate Trainee
Catalyst Path Consulting Graduate Trainee will:

Support the IT team with daily technical support and IT operations
-
Offer basic support to employees experiencing hardware, software, or connectivity issues
-
Support with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
-
Support troubleshooting of network, internet, Wi-Fi, and system-related issues
-
Assist with user account setup, password resets, software installation, and system configuration
-
Assist in maintaining records of IT assets, equipment, software, and licenses
-
Help with routine system updates, antivirus checks, backups, and other IT maintenance activities
-
Assist the IT team in monitoring and maintaining network and IT infrastructure
-
Support with IT security and cybersecurity awareness initiatives
-
Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures
-
Work with senior IT staff and vendors when needed
-
Engage in IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives
-
Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and IT best practices

Carryout other duties assigned by the IT Manager or supervisor
Requirements for Post of A Catalyst Path Consulting Graduate Trainee
Candidates applying for the post of a Catalyst Path Consulting Graduate Trainee must:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or HND in:
A. Computer Science
B. Information Technology
C. Computer Engineering
D. Related discipline

Be a recent graduate with zero to two years of relevant experience

Have completed NYSC

Have basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking

Be familiar with Microsoft Office applications

Have basic understanding of Windows operating systems
