Responsibilities of Captain Cook Limited Graduate Trainee 

Captain Cook Limited Graduate Trainee will:

1. Assist in reviewing financial statements, cash flow records, and sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance

2. Assist in the reconciliation of daily sales reports with cash and credit card receipts

3. Engage in the monthly physical counting of the eatery and bakery supplies

4. Verify if inventory records match the actual stock and identify any discrepancies

5. Audit adherence to company policies related to food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols

6. Assist in preparing detailed audit reports summarizing findings, including identified risks, control weaknesses, and recommendations for corrective action

7. Support the Head of audit unit with administrative tasks, such as organizing documentation, scheduling audits, and following up on previous findings

Requirements for Captain Cook Limited Graduate Trainee Program

1. Have a bachelor's degree in:

A. Accounting

B. Finance

C. Business Administration 

D. Any related field
