Tenaris Global Trainee Program

Tenaris Global Trainee Program also known as Global Trainee Program Tenaris is an intensive two-year program (full-time) that supports the growth and development of promising professionals with the potential to become future leaders in Tenaris. A Global Trainee Tenaris will develop expertise, engage with colleagues around the world, and showcase performance while learning about the culture and industrial heritage of Tenaris.

Key Responsibilities of Global Trainee Tenaris

Global Trainee Tenaris will:

1. Offer quality assurance for end products analyzing performance of the production process and designing or enhancing production practices

2. Comply with established quality standards designing a stable and defect-free process and tracking quality procedures from creation to execution 

3. Offer optimization to the process using technological information and reports from competitors, and benchmarking activities

4. Coordinate technological Research and Development activities in the area

5. Offer technical assistance ensuring the provision of technical service on initiatives of new projects related to the

line/process

6. Ensure satisfaction of internal clients and external customers by supervising product quality results and analyzing/executing action plans as needed 

7. Team up in the fulfilment of cost objectives optimizing the use of the most relevant supplies

8. Team up in the compliance with line production programs verifying that the performance of machinery and instruments used in the manufacturing process respond to established use and efficiency criteria

9. Put into consideration energy saving issues when building phases and processes 

10. Comply with the policies, procedures and management standards of Tenaris ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility

11. Protect the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area from damage, theft or misuse 

Requirements for Tenaris Global Trainee Program

Candidates applying for Tenaris Global Trainee Program must:

1. Have an Engineering degree with a minimum of second class upper

2. Have a process improvement mindset

3. Be proficient in the use of basic data analysis tools such as excel, power BI, and so on

4. Have completed NYSC
