Responsibilities of TeamAce Graduate Trainee 

TeamAce Graduate Trainee will: 

1. Assist the sales team in marketing company products and achieving assigned sales targets

2. Carry out field visits to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to strengthen customer relationships

3. Support in identifying new business opportunities, gathering market intelligence

4. Prepare sales reports and maintain correct records of customer activities and transactions

5. Engage in training programmes and carry out other sales-related duties as assigned

Requirements for the Position of A TeamAce Graduate Trainee

Candidates applying for the position of a TeamAce Graduate Trainee must:

1. Have a Bachelor's degree or HND in:

A. Marketing

B. Business Administration

C. Economics

D. A related field

2. Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme

3. Have strong interest in developing a career in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sales, business growth and development

4. Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

5. Be proactive, result-oriented, and willing to work in the field
