President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme

President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme also known as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Initiative On Skilled Artisans For Capacity Building And On-Site, is a key intervention of the Federal Ministry of Works, in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda aimed at strengthening national technical capacity, empowering Nigerian youths, and supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure projects nationwide.

President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme Objective

The following are the objectives of President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme:

1. To equip young artisans with hands-on experience in modern construction methods

2. To develop a sustainable local talent pipeline for the infrastructure growth and development of Nigeria

3. To reduce youth unemployment through structured, short-term engagement

4. To strengthen project delivery by integrating trained local support personnel

Benefits of President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme

The following are the benefits of President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme:

1. Monthly stipends

2. Field mentorship under registered engineers and certified supervisors

3. Hands-on training at Federal construction project sites

4. Provision of basic safety gear (PPE)

5. Certification upon successful completion of the programme

6. Priority consideration for future government or contractor engagements

Requirements for President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme

Candidates applying for President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme must:

1. Be a Nigerian citizens aged 18 to 45 years

2. Have recognized vocational training, trade test certificates, or verifiable practical experience

3. Be unemployed at the time of application

4. Be physically and mentally fit for construction-related field work

5. Be willing to undergo additional training, safety certification, and supervised project attachment

To apply for President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme interested, eligible and qualified candidates should submit the following through the Ministry's official email: registryfmw@fmw.gov.ng using the Job Title either Graduate Mechanical  Engineer (President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme), Graduate Electrical Engineer (President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme) or Graduate Civil Engineer (President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme) as the subject of the email depending on the position applied for.
