Candel FZE Graduate Trainee Program seeks to hire highly motivated Candel FZE Graduate Trainee Production Engineering Supervisors to join the dynamic manufacturing team of Candel FZE.
Candel FZE Graduate Trainee will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring the effective, efficient and safe production of the agrochemical products of Candel FZE and leading a team of committed production personnel.
Responsibilities of Candel FZE Graduate Trainee
Candel FZE Graduate Trainee will:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
2. Monitor staff performance, offer direction, and make sure the team complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
3. Ensure that machines, tools, and equipment are working properly and request maintenance when required
4. Team up with planning, quality control, maintenance, and logistics departments to optimize workflow and resolve production issues
5. Enforce safety and hygiene regulations on the production floor
6. Promote a safe working environment
7. Train new employees and upskill existing team members on production procedures and the standards of Candel FZE
8. Monitor production metrics such as output, downtime, and wastage
9. Prepare reports for management
10. Supervise inventory of raw materials and supplies needed for production and work with the store or procurement team
11. Handle discipline, timekeeping, and attendance matters in accordance with the policy of Candel FZE
Requirements for Candel FZE Graduate Trainee Program
Candidates applying for the position of a Candel FZE Graduate Trainee must:
1. Have a Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering with a minimum passing grade of Second Class honours, Upper Division from a Nigerian university
2. Be a highly creative individual with the ability to build and develop innovative solutions to the problems of Candel FZE
3. Have the ability to communicate technical ideas in a clear manner, both visually and orally
4. Have a knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
5. Be ready to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays, depending on production schedules
